I had six zirconia crowns done at this clinic, perfectly adapted to my existing implants, and the quality is outstanding. Several months have passed, and everything still feels perfect — no discomfort, no food getting stuck, no issues at all. After a very bad experience with crowns made in Turkey, I finally understand how important true quality is. This clinic is not cheap, but the work is done at the same professional level as in Switzerland. My dentist at home confirmed that the results are excellent and of the highest standard. The clinic is spotless, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly kind and professional. The doctor was gentle, caring, and made me feel completely safe throughout the treatment. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who values their health. Thank you for the excellent care — I will definitely come back.

The treatment and environment itself is very good, staff are very friendly and accommodating, however, in my opinion, it seems that in case if foreigners the goal is to get as much money as possible. I went there specifically for teeth cleaning. They do unnecessary scan (why do it for teeth cleaning?) and told me I need to do 4 fillings. Upon return to Germany I went immediately to my regular dentist and I was told my teeth are fine and do not require fillings at the moment, except for one which he recommended to do later due to wearing Invisalign. If you have money or insurance pays, you can go there. Seems like more of a clinic expats who don’t mind spending cash. Maybe good place for Americans but as a European no. Dr Joy has been taking care of my family's dental health for almost two decades now. She and her team are the BEST. Not just in Bangkok or Thailand, but anywhere in the World. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent care and service. I have also sent many friends here over the years and they have all reported back positively. Paya Dental Clinic is state-of-the-art care with amazing dentists and technicians for a reasonable price. I wouldn't dream of ever going elsewhere.

Five stars aren't enough. The abscess treatment was world-class. Superb service. Professional and incredibly friendly. The price was absolutely fair.

My brother had a dental emergency of a chipped tooth while touring in Thailand, so this clinic was recommended to us. When we went to the clinic, it was very luxurious, well-maintained and the staff were so kind and accommodating to which they immediately booked us for an appointment the next day. When we arrive the next day, they were very hospitable. The dentist was so kind and professional.

Here on holiday and got toothache. Paya was recommended and they were absolutely brilliant. The manager was lovely, the dental assistants were gentle and efficient and Dr Joyce was professional and took the time to explain that what I needed was a root canal. Given the limited time available she explained my options in detail. Would highly recommend to anyone needing dental work in BKK.
