I had an evaluation at the Unic Oral Clinic and was well received by the reception staff. The clinic was clean and smelled nice. I was seen by Dr. Luciana, who treated me with humanity and respect. Afterwards, I went to the customer relations department where I was received by an employee named Maria, who also treated me with care and attention. She guided me through the negotiations with an easy payment plan so that I could fulfill my biggest dream, which was to have the protocol treatment. I have already started my treatment and I am very happy ❤️❤️😍

The same person, named Maria, who works at reception and is also responsible for delivering the quote, insinuated that I was lying when I said that another reputable clinic had given me a lower price and asked me to provide the prices. So I sent her a screenshot of the quote from the other clinic, and she didn't even reply. Only after 3 hours did I report what had happened to Daniel, from client acquisition, and she got back to me. Nobody likes to be treated disrespectfully, and for that reason, I decided not to get the implants there. Let her treat her group like children. I wasted my precious time getting my evaluation yesterday. But I believe God gave me a reprieve. Absurd.
