I was completely satisfied with my first visit in July, however for my 2nd.... It was scheduled weeks in advance, the clinic even picked me up from the airport. My appointment was scheduled for yesterday, and I get told yesterday morning that they didnt have power due to construction, and to be rescheduled for today. Then the appointment for today was canceled for same reason. I finally get told they cant get ahold of anyone, and that they dont even know if they have jobs. Do not trust these people for anything. Now I'm trying to find someone to finish my treatment. This place is apparently a scam now. Please stop using the power outage as an excuse. no where else besides you guys are closed. No where else in the complex is without power. Even your own employee has told me you guys are closed. So stop trying to make things better than they are. Because of your doing, I am out an additional 1400 usd to get my teeth finished that you owe me.

Wow, wow, wow, these where the words right after my new final prosthesis just an hour ago. September 2025 had all remaining teeth removed, 12 implants installed, and went home with temporary teeth for 4 months. The entire staff, many of which are behind the scenes, and particularly Elizabeth (reception), Anthony (fantastic driver for all appointments and airport), and of course the wonderful Dr Teressa, that is truly a master at what she does. The price is a fraction of what was quoted back home in Canada which would not have been possible. The clinic itself rivals anything one would find back home, not to mention the first class hospital next door where medical screening is done. In short, One Destination Clinic exceeded both my wife and my expectations in all areas.

They are scammers! I got braces with them. At first, they quickly gave me appointments for a consultation and a cleaning, but after that they completely stopped attending me for follow-ups. I complained, and they promised a refund that never happened. On top of that, the staff is unfriendly and the clinics have many issues. Stay away! No vayan, son unos estafadores. This was one of the best financial and health decisions I’ve ever made. I could not recommend ODC more highly than any other place. I have shopped around and I’ve been shopping around for over 2 1/2 years. I’ve been quoted in the ranges of upwards of $70,000 for my procedure And that’s truly the low end it’s made its way up to $90,000. My confidence has been boosted. My health has definitely been on the increase. I’m not fighting infections. I was treated with the utmost respect and hospitality was above and beyond. The staff was more than helpful. They were extremely informative and kind and considerate. They made sure that I was taken care of from the very beginning. I never went without anything I needed, they anticipated any needs. I’ve had so many compliments and friends of mine inquire. As a matter of fact, I’ve got two friends that have already booked their appointments. You will not regret choosing ODC

I have terrible dental anxiety and I keep asking for early appointments and this is the 5th time my teeth have broken from this place. They keep giving me late appointments like 4 or 5 pm for surgery. I feel like I'm not being heard or respected. Really upset with this place now! 8 times having to travel to Cancun to get my teeth worked on. I could have saved money getting it done back home.

I had such a great experience here that I came back for another visit. And recommended a friend who came and gave it 5 stars as well. Staff is super friendly, the place is nice & very clean. Dentist was amazing. Her work is excellent. I had a chip in my front tooth and she fixed it looking better then ever now. Will definitely be coming back here for any dental work I might need.

It's simply a scam. They charged me $500 for a denture cleaning that took no more than 15 minutes during a one-hour-and-15-minute visit. The rest of the time was spent correcting errors that are supposed to be included when you pay for dentures... Beware.
