The service team is very unprepared, always having new people without basic information. For the second time, I was told that it opens at 7:30 by two different employees and I had to wait outside for it to open!!! Besides that, the wait to get in is long, even though I was the first person with an appointment. In the end, I waited 47 minutes to be called into the consultation room. At least the service from Dr. Istefany was wonderful.

Subject: Report of Unsatisfactory Service at Company Dental Clinic Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report the inadequate service that my husband and I experienced at your clinic on May 15, 2025, and to express my profound dissatisfaction with the procedures adopted by the team. As scheduled, my dental evaluation appointment through the Amil plan was for 4:00 PM, and my husband's was for 4:15 PM. We arrived five minutes early, registered our presence at reception, and informed them that the appointment was through our health insurance. We were instructed to wait, which we promptly did. However, we observed that private patients who arrived after us were seen on a priority basis, without any justification or clear communication about the priority criteria. Despite the wait, we were not called for our appointment, even though the clinic was approaching closing time (6:00 PM). Around 5:30 PM, with the waiting room empty, I decided to approach the receptionist to request the cancellation of the appointment, since we had remained there for an hour and a half without receiving assistance. I consider this situation unacceptable because it demonstrates: Lack of organization in appointment management; Disrespect for the patient's time, especially when there is a scheduled appointment; Discrimination between patients with health insurance and private patients, which is ethically questionable. Given the above, explanations and appropriate measures are expected, as this experience contradicts the principles of a professional and humanized healthcare service.

Terrible Experience — Don't say I didn't warn you! I always make a point of asking upon arrival at any clinic if the specialist is already present and seeing patients. In this case, the receptionist assured me that they were. My appointment was for 1:30 PM, but I was only seen at 2:50 PM. This is unacceptable! The worst happened later, on the day I went for a procedure (root canal treatment), which is what motivated me to come here and write this review. I scheduled the procedure for a Thursday at 2:30 PM. On the same day, at 12 PM, I received a call from the clinic informing me that there had been a power outage in the morning and that the dentist who was going to do my root canal didn't know the power would be restored so quickly and left. However, when they called me, the power had already been restored (12 PM). This lack of care, respect, and organization is unacceptable. Patient trust is built on commitment and respect. It's not enough to just provide the service; It is essential to do this responsibly and professionally.
