Odontobase is an ANS-regulated dental health plan operator founded in 1996 and headquartered in the Gonzaga neighborhood of Santos, SP. Dental Plans for Individuals, Families, and Companies

Odontobase offers three lines of dental plans designed for different enrollment types:

Individual and Family Plans — Master Line

The Master line covers individual subscribers and their families, with four plan tiers:

• Master I — 205 procedures including consultations, extractions, root canals, cleanings, restorations, and 24-hour emergency dental care. Starting from R$ 45/month per person.
• Master I Orto — All Master I coverage plus orthodontic services (fixed braces, orthodontic documentation, and maintenance appointments). Starting from R$ 125/month.
• Master II Gold — 217 procedures, adding professional teeth whitening and basic orthodontic services to the clinical baseline. Starting from R$ 87/month.
• Master III Gold — The most complete individual plan, covering 233 procedures including bruxism guards (plaques for teeth grinding) and full and partial dentures. Starting from R$ 145/month.

A key differentiator for individual plans is the zero waiting period option: members who pay the first year upfront by credit card activate coverage immediately, with no carencia period. Family members added to individual plans receive a 12% discount.

Corporate Plans — Executivo Line

The Executivo line is designed for companies enrolling their employees as a workplace benefit. Plans range from Executivo I (205 procedures) to Executivo III Gold (245 procedures — the broadest coverage in the Odontobase portfolio). Corporate pricing scales with group size, with larger employee groups qualifying for lower per-person rates. The Executivo III Gold starts from R$ 111.50 per employee per month. Odontobase also offers in-company clinical services and SIPAT (occupational safety week) dental health lectures for corporate clients.

Association and Union Plans — Parceiro Line

The Parceiro line serves professional associations, labor unions, and affinity groups. Four tiers are available, from a prevention-focused plan (181 procedures) to a comprehensive plan covering 233 procedures including orthodontics and dentures. Pricing and waiting period terms are negotiated per contract and are available on request.

How the Plan Works

Members enroll online, by phone, or via WhatsApp, and can pay by credit card (including 12-installment financing), boleto, or PIX. Once enrolled, members access Odontobase's credentialed network of dentists and clinics across the Baixada Santista region through a digital beneficiary app that provides a virtual membership card, a dentist locator, and a tax declaration tool for annual income tax reporting. A separate app for credentialed dentists allows treatment authorization requests to be submitted and tracked digitally, streamlining the prior approval process.

All plans include 24-hour emergency dental care. Members also benefit from a pharmacy discount partnership with Clube Regalia, offering discounts of up to 25% at partner pharmacies — an add-on benefit that extends the value proposition beyond dental services alone. A formal ombudsman channel handles complaints and escalations for members who require further support.
