I can't recommend Dr. Niall highly enough at the Oasis Dental. Very professional, efficient, friendly, kind and caring. I had a front tooth crack and partly fall away. I was stressed I might have to lose it. Dr. Niall calmed my fears and said he was not going to let me lose my front tooth. He rebuilt my tooth and made me a crown....it looks amazing. I am truly grateful ....thankyou so much. You are the best. Also a big thankyou to Nurse Fonzo....for all your help and kindness.

Today I went in to get rid of all four of my wisdom teeth, great reassurance from Maddi and always great to see Dr Jure, Nurse Eva. Great team at Oasis Dental Broadbeach, with great modern facilities, thanks for making a scary experience great!

I had a bad experience. I’m a person who gets very anxious with dentists and I had an appointment with Dr. Will last week that left me disappointed. In my opinion, he was rude with me and did not show the patience to calm me …

I visited today for my first appointment at 2:00 PM for an initial consultation and assessment. The clinic itself is beautiful—clean, calming, and well-designed. It creates a very welcoming and professional atmosphere. The dentist was knowledgeable, but the consultation felt quite rushed, likely due to a busy schedule. The entire consultation took around 15 minutes, including imaging and a dental scan, which were done efficiently and with good technology. However, the main concern for me was the pricing and lack of transparency. The website clearly advertises a $249 new patient offer, yet I was charged $356 for the consultation alone. While there may have been additional services included, this was not clearly explained beforehand, which left me feeling uncomfortable. The total payment came to $506, including a $150 deposit for the next appointment. I don’t mind paying for quality service, but I do expect clear and upfront communication about costs—especially when there is a promotional offer advertised. Overall, the clinic has great potential and a lovely environment, but clearer pricing and better communication would significantly improve the experience. I have still decided to return for my next appointment, but I hope this aspect is handled more transparently moving forward.

Dr Wil and nurse Fonz are legends. I was so nervous about having a root extraction because I knew it was not straight forward. Not only did Dr Wil assure me that it was coming out no matter what, (it did and did not hurt at all) and they were both competent and reassuring. Highly recommend both.

Have a problem with lower implants as there is a considerable gap between the implants and my gums. As a direct result food is getting lodged between implants and gums and I’m concerned that it may cause problems and/or inflammation/infection because of the gap now, and in the future. I have requested the bottom implants be removed and fix the gap so that the problem bottom implants can be adjusted to enable them to be more flush against my gums as the top implants are. Hopefully this will be resolved at my next appointment.
