I highly recommend Nucleo Dental! Dr. Moran gave me a great smile when, before, I wouldn't even smile in pictures. The day I contacted them was, one call that changed my life for the better. Talking to Lori and getting my questions answered made me feel positive about getting a upper and lower implants done. She explained each step so clearly. And having their own drivers pick me up at my hotel and drive me to the dental office made it easy and I always felt safe. His assistants were very good at their jobs also. I love how my teeth came out and that Dr Moran is very meticulous about his work. I live in Sacramento Ca. I researched quite a bit to find the best Dr I would be able to afford. But the amount of work i needed was going to out of my reach. I was very pleased with my work done in Mexico at Nucleo Dental. The cost in Ca would have been so much more. I was having trouble with a cracked front tooth that I was having to get fixed annually in the states. I finally decided on veneers. I had such a great experience from the ease of pick up/drop off, to the very friendly, accommodating office staff and Dr. Nevarez meticulous detail. He helped pick a natural color that matched my bottom teeth and staged the procedure to ensure the best long term results. I’ve been so happy and best thing is it looks so natural, no one can notice. Highly recommend him and this practice. We routinely continue to use this practice for cleanings. More than 5 stars!

Dr. Moran and the entire team at NUCLEO DENTAL are great. This is better than any US practice I have visited. Everything is done in English except for the price! I love Mexican private healthcare. The lobby is usually busy with folk who did the commute from Texas. I met one gentleman from Oklahoma who had been doing annual trips for like 30 years to see Dr. Moran. They even understood my fear of dentists and had me on tranquilizers for most surgical appointments. My only caveat is make sure you get permission from your insurance to use a Mexican Doctor. Saving the insurance money is not appreciated. You have to spend your life trying to explain why you do not have flight info and why you were out of the Country before they pay!

I’m giving a lower rate based on my last experience with Dr Julio Nevárez who did a new crown of my front tooth implant. The final result wasn’t good, the crown has a gray color and he said that it was going to disappear but never happened (it’s 2 years already and the crown looks the same color). He had a hard time to adjust the tooth and he didn’t tighten it well as the new tooth started pushing the other next to it and felt like he didn’t give me the chance to show my tell him I wasn’t happy with his job. In general, I didn’t like his work in comparison with the original implant by the Dr. Ernesto Moran that did an excellent job and made sure I was happy. My recommendation is to go with Dr. Moran for better results.

Núcleo dental is an awesome place to get your dental work done. The staff is friendly. The facility is very nice, modern and very hi tech. I’ve had a lot of work done there and have always been completely satisfied with the quality of the work. My dentist dr. Julio Nevárez Moncada and his assistant never disappoint I’m very happy with the results. And Lori she’s amazing too. If you ever have questions or don’t understand something shes always available to talk to you about questions or concerns you might have. Núcleo dental is my go to place for all my dental needs.

Monday De Moran addressed a cavity, took impressions for two crowns that need repair (I wore them out) and scheduled me for a fifth implant. Dr. Moran is patient, careful, through, and has a great personality. I have met a lot of dentists because I have "British" teeth. Dr Moran is the best I have ever seen.

Dentist and supposed oral rehabilitation specialist Julio Nevarez was the worst dental experience of my life. To begin with, he claims to be the second-best oral rehabilitation specialist in Juarez, and I can confirm that he's lying because the second-best might only make one mistake, not two or more. The first, without a doubt, is Dr. Cedillo, who retired in 2021. Next, I'll tell you about the major errors he made with me: He didn't perform a panoramic X-ray or CT scan beforehand, which should be an integral part of the study for a correct diagnosis and to develop a treatment plan. He didn't perform a digital study or a manual study with an articulator. The temporary teeth he placed, the molars and premolars, were left without cusps, which caused me chronic pain for a whole week, almost ending up in the hospital. Thanks to my experience with a past spinal fracture, which I avoided surgery for by challenging conventional medicine through alternative medicine, I gained knowledge in chronic pain management, and that's the only reason I didn't end up in the hospital. Without that experience, if I had gone to a dentist, I would have needed a root canal. The lab in Cuernavaca took four months to send the teeth, so I wore temporary ones for four and a half months. It affected my health because I couldn't chew or eat properly, I lost weight, became physically weak, and developed sensitivity in my teeth. My teeth shifted, especially one molar, because by the time the teeth arrived, that molar was missing. Once the teeth arrived from the lab, the dentist decided to install them all in a single appointment, which lasted almost six hours, and I had to be anesthetized twice. Proper work should be done in two appointments. There were 26 teeth in total: six veneers and six crowns on the upper jaw, and six veneers and eight crowns on the lower jaw. In an attempt to finish quickly, he placed the two front teeth, also known as the "protagonists," crookedly. The only teeth that should be adjusted are the molars and cusps, but the canines and other front teeth shouldn't be filed down or touched for adjustments. He didn't check before bonding the veneers to ensure that the veneer or crown sealed completely against the prepared teeth to prevent leakage due to a poor design or incorrect measurements by the lab. It turns out I have leakage due to a lack of sealing on most of the crowns and veneers. They have to be replaced without exception. They treat you like cattle there, not like a human being, and they don't care that they're aware of the mistakes because avoiding them takes time, which means fewer clients and therefore less money. Dentist Moran is the owner. When I explained the problems and errors that Dentist Julio Nevares made, Dentist Moran told me it wasn't his problem. Dentist Julio Nevarez is a verbal subcontractor, not under contract, who performs commission-based work. He is not an employee, therefore the clinic is not responsible for his mistakes, as confirmed to me by Dentist Moran, the clinic's owner. Emax or lithium disilicate veneers cost $650 when other clinics charge $450. Zirconia crowns cost $650 when other clinics charge $450. High prices for mediocre work.
