I had such a lovely experience at the practice! The receptionists Sujita and Saroja were very helpful as was Leoreta. I had a hygiene appointment with Andesha and she was very thorough yet gentle with the clean. Iโ€™m so happy and canโ€™t wait to come back in 6 months

Went in for a airflow hygienist appointment. Both receptionists were very friendly, welcoming, and relatable. This was my first time at this clinic and the airflow treatment was well explained by the hygienist, Eleni. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent thorough clean. Rachel was also lovely assisting with the process. Eleni made sure I was comfortable during all stages and gave helpful tips and notes for my teeth. Highly recommend :)

This dental clinic is a joke ! They accept nhs patience to then rope them into paying for private dental care ! I started my treatment with them and was actually in the middle of recovering a damaged tooth. For them to get half way through treatment to tell me they can continue providing me with the necessary treatment but I would need to pay private prices. When they specified that I would be provided with nhs dental care as I am on maternity leave. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND SCAMMED FOR YOUR MONEY THEN FEEL FREE TO REGISTER WITH THEM. They wanted ยฃ300 for a single filling. Would not recommend.

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and feel the need to express my concerns. Throughout the process, I encountered challenges that raised questions about the overall professionalism and patient care at the practice. It came as a surprise that certain aspects of the treatment seemed geared towards financial gain, rather than patient well-being. It's worth noting that some reviews online praise the practice, yet I believe these may have been influenced by incentives such as teeth whitening. I observed a lack of consideration for patients, as an unexpected charge of ยฃ450 for night-time retainers was added towards the conclusion of my treatment on the day of my final appointment, even though there was no mention of this, when I made a phone call beforehand to confirm the remaining amounts to be paid. This contrasts with the industry norm of including such costs in the initial treatment plan, which was a source of disappointment. One incident that served as a tipping point occurred during my final appointment. I made an effort to communicate a potential 5-10 minute delay due to traffic (I made it on time) only to find my words drowned out by the receptionist's interruption. This interruption persisted throughout the conversation, ending with her informing me that Dr. Michael said he would not be able to proceed with the appointment even with a minor delay. Remarkably, my scheduled 45-minute slot for attachment removal took only 25 minutes, highlighting the imbalance between time allocation and actual procedure duration. The receptionist's inflexible attitude and the dentist's refusal to accommodate a minor delay were disconcerting. Furthermore, my experience was affected by inaccuracies in scheduling. My final appointment was initially incorrectly scheduled prematurely, despite several weeks of retainers remaining. My query about this confusion was met with impatience and was not addressed constructively. I must express my dismay at the lack of understanding exhibited by the receptionist towards patients' individual circumstances. Despite a valid reason for not making an appointment and paying the late cancellation fee, her reaction continued to demonstrate a lack of empathy. This coupled with inaccuracies in managing my appointments, further strained my confidence in their service. In conclusion, my interaction with this dental practice was marked by subpar communication, inflexibility, and a receptionist who seemed out of touch with patient needs. The lack of patience, understanding, and compassion exhibited during pivotal moments of patient interaction significantly overshadow the positive aspects of the clinic. While I appreciate the quality of care provided by the dentist team, my overall experience has been tarnished by the receptionist's behaviour. I believe that professional conduct and patient-centeredness are integral to a healthcare facility's reputation, I hope this review offers a comprehensive perspective for potential patients and that my input will serve as a means of constructive feedback for the practice's betterment. I am sorry to read that your overall experience was not a positive one. I have checked your records and my comments about the points raised in your review are as follows. Your point about the clinic not informing you about the cost of retainers is not correct. Every single individual of the thousands of patients who have been treated with Invisalign or indeed received any other treatment during the last few years from our team of expert dentists, no matter how extensive or simple, have been informed and signed a written estimate for the treatment they have undergone with us at the onset of their treatment. Your case is no exception. I have checked your records and indeed, we have a copy of the estimate handed to you and signed by yourself on the very first visit to the clinic on file that clearly shows the cost of your retainers. I have asked our admin team to forward a copy of that to you and hope that clears any misunderstanding. We simply would not start any treatment without this important document. Our practice is financially self bearing and as such we do not rely on any support from any external organisations. We therefore understand the importance of achieving patient satisfaction to maintain and expand our business. Please bear in mind too that we provide Invisalign at a price point which is one of the lowest in the UK. This also means that we need to utilise our time efficiently. We achieve this feat by good management of our clinical time and not by depriving our patients from the time and attention they need and deserve to receive. We pride ourselves for delivering a service that meets our patients high expectations. We take our time and listen to our patients and treat them with the due care that they deserve and expect. Your description about the fact that more time than necessary had been allocated during your own appointment is a testimony to this. I am of the opinion that we should get credit for this and at least not be criticised for it. 32 yeas of practicing dentistry has taught me that not all of our patients are the same. Some need more time than others, hence our generosity with our time allocated to them all. As a general rule we always allocate enough time to deliver a quality service. You have described your late arrival on your last appointment as a tipping point. What your description does not fully cover is that on the two previous occasions prior to that session you had failed to attend long appointments booked for you. It must be easy to understand the challenges the repeated failures to attend or late arrivals by some patients cause for our operation. Please forgive me for putting it boldly, I find it too to be an irrespecutful behaviour towards the team of professionals who make the effort and prepare themselves and the surgery to provide your care. I hope you understand why our admin team may not have welcomed you as sympathetically and emphatically as you may have expected them to. We have still treated you with all due respect and dignity and we accommodated you despite your failures to attend and the late arrival. Finally, I would also like to comment on your claim about patients receiving incentives for leaving positive reviews. Only a small fraction of thousands of patients who have undergone Invisalign treatment at our clinic over the years have taken their time and made an effort to leave reviews, evident by the relatively low numbers of reviews. However every single one of them who have undergone Invisalign treatment during the last four years have been offered a free home whitening kit as long as they wanted it and there was no medical or dental contraindications for them to use it, no matter if they have left reviews, positive or negative, or not. I am happy to read that you are satisfied with the outcome of your Invisalign treatment.

I had my Invisalign treatment here with Doctor Michael Fahami and I am extremely happy about the results but also the service overall! Sinem at the reception is lovely and always available for questions. The doctor is absolutely great, always available for questions or doubt and very clear in the directions he gives. And finally, I did have also couple of appointments with two different hygienists and I can only recommend having your teeth checked and cleaned here! They gave me very good tips on how to prevent damage to gums and teeth! So overall, I think this is the first time I can say I actually liked going to the dentist ๐Ÿ˜‚

I had a fantastic Invisalign experience with Dr Fahami, Dr Roxana and the team at Notting Hill Dental Clinic. From my first appointment it was evident that Dr Fahami was very knowledgeable and experienced. His informative approach was what made me feel assured that I was in good hands. Having now finished my treatment, I am incredibly happy with the end result and would highly recommend the treatment at the clinic. Una at reception was also exceptional, always kind and efficient. Whilst my treatment was ongoing, I also needed to have an urgent root canal. What I had initially expected to be a daunting procedure, Dr Dara made it so seamless and efficient with very little discomfort involved. Thank you!

I had a very good experience at NDC with Dr Fahami. My Invisalign case was quite complex but the whole process from start to finish was incredibly smooth and straightforward. The practice staff is always very helpful and accommodating as well. I had regular check ins to make sure everything was on track and I am super pleased with the final end result.
