The doctors are highly qualified and skilled. In particular, Dr. Vui, a master's degree holder, is very good. The clinic is very modern and spacious. There is parking available for cars.

I had porcelain veneers done here, and for the past two years, my teeth have never felt comfortable; they're constantly sensitive and have gaps at the base. When I mentioned it, the dentist checked, then took the gap and slammed it in, saying, "It's nothing, nothing's wrong," blah blah... They refuse to take responsibility. It's not worth the 100 million VND I spent! 🤣

w Generation branch on Tran Hung Dao street to get it taken, then returned to the Nguyen Dinh Chieu branch to show the doctor the image. Three days later, the doctor said they needed to make an impression because they weren't sure if orthodontic treatment was possible. I paid another 1,000,000 VND for the impression. From the day they took the impression, the doctor said they would call me in about four days to inform me of the results. I waited, but at the end of the day, no one called (I told myself they must have forgotten about me because it was too busy). So I called the branch to ask. The next day, the receptionist called me back and said, "The doctor still doesn't have an answer yet. Please call me when they have one!" I waited three more days, making it a total of seven days, and still received no phone call. I went to the NĐC facility and met the doctor, but they gave the same answer: they hadn't been able to see another doctor to provide further consultation on my case! I don't like waiting. At least during those seven days, they could have called me and said, "Uh, we haven't been able to review your case yet," or "We've been very busy," or something like that. Instead, they didn't. I had to go directly to the counter and ask to be prioritized for further examination, only to receive the same answer again. I'm not blaming them for their customer service or anything, especially the receptionist who was very polite and the security guard who was very attentive. I'm only blaming THM for making me wait so long and for not receiving any feedback on my condition during that time (even though I had informed the doctor beforehand that I needed the results urgently). Anyone in my situation would feel neglected and forgotten, and surely no one likes that! It's too early to judge whether the service is good or not, but my initial and final impression of THM is terrible, and I have no desire to return at all!
