I had my braces done here by Dr. Thao. She's super enthusiastic, and the staff are super nice. I finally got my braces removed after 4 years! You should definitely try it, braces are worth every penny ❤️❤️❤️

wanted to wait until the end of January and asked about the best options to save the root and didn't want a crown or bridge, he left. The nurse was also unhelpful and didn't bother to remove the cotton swabs from my mouth. When I asked, "Where are the two cotton swabs?", she said, "Take them out yourself." I had to ask for more mouthwash. The doctor didn't even treat the cut to prevent infection before leaving. No prescription, no follow-up plan, no appointment schedule. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes because I was still dizzy and in a lot of pain after the sawing, and the receptionist kept urging me to pay. I am very disappointed with the customer service at New Generation Dental Clinic, Branch 2, and Dr. T. I deeply regret trusting this place.

I was referred to this dental clinic by an acquaintance. After discussing the costs and finding them reasonable, I decided to have a tooth extracted, filled, and root canal treated here.
