I did a teeth clenching and polishing and it was great!!! My teeth are super clean!!!

ws a clear lack of professionalism. There was no prior notice, no alternative offered, and no attempt to reschedule. I had already organized my schedule around this appointment, only to be turned away upon arrival. As a foreigner, this was especially frustrating, as you rely on clear communication and professionalism when seeking services abroad. Unfortunately, this clinic showed neither. I would not recommend this place, particularly to foreigners, as appointments do not seem to be reliable and can be cancelled at the last minute without proper handling.

The best dentist in the world. All the staff are fantastic, so kind and helpful. Dr Nam is the best dentist I've ever met, he is so gentle and careful, and I will be coming back even though I live in the wrong half of the world. I'm no longer afraid of the dentist! Extra thanks to Jayden who was so patient and put up with all my long questions. Thank you Dr Nam and all the team!
Navi dental care is in old quarter so if you are staying there it's walkable. I just turned up filled in a form and was immediately seen by DC Nam for a scale and polish 30 minutes he is really good and thorough in his work.They speak English and the dental room is modern I paid 400000 dong which I was well pleased.The receptionist was very nice too .I would definitely recommend this place .
A wonderful clinic. I ended up in Hanoi and developed a toothache while traveling. It was a very unpleasant situation, but this clinic quickly resolved it. The doctors are professional, and Dr. Nam was especially helpful. Excellent service and friendly staff! Thank you for your help ❤️
My past dental experience left me with PTSD so intense I cried when I only needed dental photos! Going to NAVII in Hanoi was the best experience I’ve ever had! They literally held my arm throughout the surgical procedure! Their staff was so attentive, thorough and compassionate. I never knew it could be such a pleasant experience!
Got cleaning for only €13, staff are making and the English was perfect. Everyone so kind and helpful.

Great experience with teeth cleaning! Walked in and they were able to do it right away. Great prices.
Very nice experience, I walked in off the street for a cleaning and 10 minutes later I was sitting in the chair. The place is very clean and modern, the staff very professional. I ended up paying $600k and it was one tenth the price I would have paid at home. Overall a great experience, highly recommend.

I had my dental work done at Navii Dental Care and I'm very satisfied. The doctor was gentle, provided thorough consultations, and the clinic is clean and modern.
I would give it a solid 5 if it weren’t for the female dentist having her phone on her. It kept ringing and then she put it on vibrate but it was right next to my ear. The cleaning procedure was fine for the price (400k) though there was a lot of water ending up in my face. I did consult with them about a tooth problem and they gave me a free Xray for diagnosing.

Implants in Japan are so overpriced so I decided to have 2 implants done in Vietnam during my trip here. Very good and professional service, not sure about aftercare for now but happy with everything.
