Needed emergency replacement of a lost denture. I asked for a price and time for production. Clinician said they needed an OPG first. Afterwards they would give a price etc. Bottom line, they quoted $1,400 for plastic plate and $2500 with metal. Unable to deliver before end of December. They charged me $112 for consult and OPG. I’m disappointed as I feel the OPG was unnecessary just to get a quote and unable to produce this year.

Have had 2 teeth extracted in the past 6 months and on both occasions had to return the following day to have chips removed that were perfectly obvious at the time.the last time a set of side cutters was used to cut some off the top, rather then extract it.that opening had never healed and I can still feel the pointy chip with.my tounge To add insult to injury my private health cover was charged for both follow up visits which I have since learned in not acceptable practise, at least by an ethical practitioner

Dr Patrick is most caring and professional, worth a 1 1/2 hour drive to se. Always expert, professional and caring work is done once you get in. Had some difficulty getting an emergency filling appointment recently after being a regular patient for 25 years, and there was some IT difficulty connecting with my Westfund card on departure.
