Had my first visit today was quite anxious, everybody made me feel very welcome and comfortable, very friendly staff who aren't pushy and explain everything in detail and make it very easy to understand. They gave me options that were better for me then what I went in asking for and those options cost less then what I was asking for, I got a better result for a cheaper price, they did what was best for me and not what would cost more. 10/10 experience zero complaints at all

They are so amazing and so professional and so helpful! For other dentals I’ve been to, they just hard sell you rather than provide practical solutions. And it’s was a FREE consultation yet I got more info than the paid ones I went to. I’m so gonna get my tooth implant here

I’m pretty nervous when it comes to dentists and I don’t want to jinx myself but I’ve gone to Perth Dental Clinic (now My Implant Dentist) for several years and shockingly have only had good experiences. By this I mean - the intake form asked whether I was someone who experiences anxiety around the dentist, the hygienists who cleaned my teeth on multiple occasions we gentle and friendly, they often suggested useful things like wearing my earphones while they cleaned to help me feel comfortable, the dentists have always been kind and explained what they were doing and why in a sensible way - they check how you are going during cleaning or procedures, explain why they are taking photographs or X-rays, explain what might be of use or benefit in a really simple and easy to understand way. I have never felt pressured to undertake a procedure there or to attend the clinic. I have never felt like so many do when they go to the dentist - like they’re always doing the wrong thing. The reception staff have been friendly and helpful too - they can check quotes in advance for you, offer reminders for next appointments and generally have a good demeanour. So far, I would recommend this dentist especially if you want access to kind staff who are great at their jobs and clean and modern premises that make you feel less like you’re going to a dentist and more at ease.
