I highly recommend Dr. Maciej Piórkowski. He's the best dentist I know. Knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. I highly recommend him.

I had a very unpleasant and painful experience after endodontic and orthodontic treatment at this clinic. I successfully completed both treatments at another clinic. For example, after a bracket came loose, I was blamed for its damage. The next bracket was glued differently, and the tooth and its root began to rotate. Dr. Wasiewicz told me I was oversensitive and panicking. Fortunately, I quickly found another clinic, where the orthodontist bent the wire, and at the next appointment, he removed the bracket and glued a new one in the correct position.

Over the past 20 years, I've been to dozens of clinics in Warsaw. I ended up suing one of them (a fragment of a tool stuck in my tooth). This is the first clinic that has corrected all my problems and treated teeth that needed extraction. My overall health has improved significantly. I don't understand the comments about the high costs and unreliability. The clinic isn't cheap, but any adjustments to braces, wire filing, bracket adjustments, bonding, etc., have always been done free of charge. The cost of treatment for some teeth was indeed high, but that's because I decided to save them instead of extracting them. Top-notch equipment. Excellent doctors. I recommend them.

I wholeheartedly recommend this office to everyone, especially Sylwia Gawecka. A filling replacement, which was supposed to be a routine service, ended in a nightmare I wouldn't wish on anyone. The treatment was performed incorrectly and led to severe toothache, which resulted in a very painful and extremely expensive root canal treatment at another office. The office manager ignored the entire matter, refusing to reimburse the costs of the faulty treatment. For these people, customer reviews and satisfaction are priceless. The worst part is the realization that if I hadn't used Ms. Gawecka's services, I wouldn't have survived this excruciating pain and the irreversible changes would have occurred. Ms. Gawecka is incompetent. Unfortunately, I can't turn back time. However, I can warn others against choosing My Dental Clinic.

I was a patient at this clinic. I chose it based on Dr. Wasiewicz's positive reviews and the affordable price of the braces. It was a mistake, or rather, a trap I fell for. Apart from the braces' price, the costs began with the steadily increasing visits (wire replacement, hygiene, etc.). After several months, I was forced to seek consultations at other clinics because I suspected the treatment wasn't going according to plan and I was being ripped off. My suspicions proved correct. Three other clinics (also reputable) in Warsaw informed me that my bite should be much better at this stage of treatment. When I explained the treatment costs and that the patient pays for each panoramic X-ray as part of the treatment, the other clinics were incredulous. Personally, Dr. Wasiewicz is a very nice person, but the good reputation she had developed turned into a money-making machine instead of helping patients. Before choosing this clinic, I suggest reviewing the contract and price list (as it's not fixed), and booking your dental hygiene appointment elsewhere. It's expensive here, and it's best to schedule it monthly. I once got frustrated when the assistant told me, "We have to do a dental hygiene, we have to do a dental hygiene," and I said I came here to straighten my teeth, not clean them. If the prices were normal, I'd have had my dental hygiene done here. The hygienist responded by saying she'd mark it as a failure to follow the treatment plan. I'm currently a patient at another clinic. I've been treated for a few months and I'm seeing better results than I did at MyDental. Furthermore, at another clinic, I have a price guarantee, much cheaper dental hygiene appointments, no one is forcing them on me, and a free panoramic X-ray and a dentinogram are included in the treatment. As you can see, it can be done better and cheaper. And don't let the clinic defend you with statements like, "Our treatment plan includes and anticipates..." Other clinics offer specific and specific treatments. The equation here is clearly that the longer a patient stays with MyDental, the more they'll charge. I also suggest current patients consider and investigate their treatment at other clinics if they have any concerns. I now feel aggrieved and am taking this matter to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman.

Dr. Piórkowski is a first-class doctor who can work miracles in very difficult cases. You can trust him completely. He's a very nice person with a high level of personal culture. We wholeheartedly recommend him! He's incredibly professional!

A trustworthy clinic. Professional approach to patients, comprehensive answers, and attention to every detail. I had my bonding done by Dr. Piórkowski and I highly recommend him. I should add that Dr. Maciej is very patient, as he dealt with a particularly stubborn patient: me :D Mr. Maciej, the result is THE BEST!! It makes me want to pull out my camera and take pictures all the time ;)

I strongly recommend against the services of the clinic, especially related to orthodontics. I recently had a treatment with Dr Anna Wasiewicz to fix a minor misalignment with aligners; by the end of treatment I ended up with a bad malocclusion.a shifted jaw and a severe TMJ issue,bad enough to impact the ears and cause tinnitus , issues that I never had before and which I'm still battling to fix with different specialists since months now, after which a proper orthodontic treatment will be required (clearly, not here). Due to the incompetency of the performed treatment,none of that was identified during it by the Dr, even thought I started having problems practically a week after the begin of that ;after communicating the clinic about what happened,as expected I wasn't given answers anymore. Warsaw is full of competent Clinics and orthodontists; this is clearly not the case, so think carefully when considering it.

A few years ago, I had orthodontic treatment with Dr. Wasiewicz. The best orthodontist! Top-notch service. An additional advantage, of course, is the fantastic atmosphere, and the doctor is incredibly friendly. I should add that I am one of those truly demanding patients/clients. I highly recommend her!
