They did it literally within a few days, while other clinics I'd chosen offered a wait of at least two weeks. The doctor was very pleasant and gave detailed recommendations. The extraction was very gentle – there was no pain, and there was no swelling afterwards. A month later, I had a second tooth removed; it was perpendicular to the seventh tooth.
