Unnecessary familiarity from everyone (Mimeto, the doctors), the doctor runs between offices and gives orders. It is not clear who is actually treating you, permission from the boss is required for every manipulation.

Incorrect dentist!!! After a consultation with Dr. Mutafchiyska I was told that I have 5 cavities and they need to be done urgently. I had a second consultation with another dentist and it turned out that I only have two!!

Impressions, I would say that they are the best dentists I have ever visited, their level is many times higher, and I have changed many dentists, even abroad, but the level of work is many times better, they work very carefully, and the results are impressive. I went without a front tooth and after an hour I could smile freely and had a beautiful smile without any complaints and any discomfort in the mouth. I was full again, Dr. Mutafchiyska remains my dentist.

My name is Petya Yunakova, and my family and I have been patients of Dr. Bonka Mitafchiyska for 20 years! A lifetime will not be enough to thank and repay this wonderful woman and her incredible team of professionals! Why?...I'll tell you!!! When I first crossed the threshold of the office with my son, then only 6 years old, he was stressed by the extremely cruel and inhumane attitude of certain of her colleagues, colleagues who instead of showing understanding for the fragile child's psyche, had inflicted almost irreparable trauma on him and the very thought of the dentist's chair terrified him! Boncheto made him trust her..she gave him all her love, but now he is 25 years old and does not have a single cavity..Perfectly grown and arranged teeth! In 20 years as her patient, I have not had a single filling fall out and everything that has been worked on for me has not moved. Not only have I not had a single tooth extracted in 20 years..but I have successfully placed an implant on a tooth that was extracted by another dentist! How much is it worth..love, care, attention...quality and professionalism...???This is priceless...!Their work, dedication and love for patients and the profession, for me it is immeasurable! I am extremely dissatisfied!! I would never step foot in Bonka's office again! Not only did she remove my old fillings to put them back on, "because they weren't cleaned properly", but on top of that she charged me 700 leva for 5 fillings... And now these fillings hurt..
