Spent 7 years coming to this practice for braces. It went well until I got a new dentist after covid. I wasn’t happy with the end result because it had not been discussed with me properly and my requests were ignored, the end was rushed just to finish it, and the removable retainers i got were so tight they removed my fixed retainers after 2 days abd my teeth started moving and breaking off.

Dr. Otíla Osuszd performed my wisdom tooth surgery. The doctor has great expertise! The surgery was quick and painless. Everything went well with the recovery. I was a patient of a “star dentist” for decades, but now I was forced to part with them and was looking for a new dentist. I accidentally ended up at Móricz Dental with my seemingly complicated dental problem. (The accidental substitute for God, when He doesn’t have time…) Doctor Gábor Szabó described the solution suggested by my previous two dental candidates, which was certainly unsuitable and prohibitively expensive for me, as nonsense with subtle simplicity (while our consultation conversation turned humorous), and as a good strategist, he immediately told me the whole story of the three alternatives outlined, then sent me to Doctor Evelin Kövér. With that, I grabbed God’s foot! The Doctor (following Csokonai) is a celestial phenomenon playing with earthly people! Holistic approach, extremely empathetic, patient, open, incredibly thorough, caring, thinking in alternatives, convincingly arguing, credible, a very good professional – I say all this based on many decades of dental torment. (The practice should be careful not to be “reconfirmed”!) Unfortunately, I am already 82 years old, but in my remaining 20 years, I will definitely be a patient of Dr. Evelin – and she will definitely be the lady in my life who I will never cheat on. Today’s approximately 35 minutes appointment (if you can say that about a dental treatment at all) was an experience! Even her injections! The “weak link” in the practice is the reception. Not only in terms of people, but also in terms of organization. For example, the first time, when I didn’t have to pay yet, the receptionist who was changing in the meantime didn’t want to let me out, classifying me as a quasi-fraudster because she had no feedback on my payment situation. I visited the Móricz Dental clinic three times in total. The first time I had to wait more than 30 minutes for a consultation. During the consultation, I discussed with the doctor that I would like to make an appointment for the treatment, which we agreed on. When I went down to the reception, after paying, I told the receptionist that I wanted an appointment. She asked what it was for, and I told her that I didn’t know the exact name of the treatment, but the doctor must have written it down in my details. Unfortunately, she didn’t write it down in her details, so she rolled her eyes and called the doctor, saying that she probably wouldn’t take any more appointments.
