My daughter's retaining iron fell off her teeth after having an orthodontic procedure. We went to this dentist since we saw that the online rating was good. The first visit they told us that they had to change the iron that she brought from Spain, and They took it away because they ordered a new one that had to arrive in 2 days, it turns out that the iron did not arrive until after 7 days, and my daughter was without protection in her mouth, when the iron arrived they made a mistake, they made it bigger than normal, and we had to wait 3 more days... Imagine, after an orthodontic procedure, THEY CANNOT remove the retaining iron, then they put the iron on and it finally arrived!!! My daughter was bothered by the glue they put on her, we told her and she said it was normal, after a couple of days it was still hurting, and we had to go back again!!! Finally last night the iron they put on it just a couple of months ago fell off... and the iron they put on it is embarrassing!!! Furthermore, it is unprofessional that it has fallen in such a short time. I have been wearing the iron for 15 years (I had it done in Spain) and I have never had the problems that my poor daughter has had in 3 months with this clinic!! Of course I will not return, now I hope to find a good professional, because this clinic is definitely NOT PROFESSIONAL..

A failed experience at the clinic. There was a price difference between the receptionist and the dentist. I clearly needed a sodium salt cleaning to remove stains, but the dentist did a regular cleaning, which wasn't what I requested. There was absolutely no difference in the condition of my teeth before and after, and the cleaning device was set to the highest setting, causing me a lot of pain. When I stood up, the dentist realized it was at the highest setting, which is completely unacceptable, especially since teeth are sensitive.
