Terrible service. Don't go to this clinic. My grandfather went there for some tests because he was feeling very ill. I want to complain about the poor coordination at this clinic, specifically in the dental department. They call asking if you can confirm your appointment time, and when you confirm and then call back with questions about the procedure for getting to the operating room, they tell you there's no reservation. Then they start passing the phone around, sometimes to four different people, and you have to explain the same thing to each one, and none of them have a clue. They even transfer you to departments that aren't related to dentistry. This problem is frequent and disrespectful, especially since all they do is take your money upfront and then tell you it's best to come to the clinic in person to clarify and coordinate. You go in person, asking for time off work, for the second time, and when you arrive, they still don't have anything in their system. It's a complete joke...
