A wonderful experience at The Marylebone Smile Clinic. Following a failed treatment with another cosmetic dentist, I was left unable to express myself clearly and confidently, unaware that cosmetic crown replacement would drastically alter the way I spoke. I speak publicly for a living so the consequences for me were disastrous! Not to mention the fact that I felt as though I had lost my sense of identity. I approached a number of other dentists who wouldn’t attempt to correct it as mine was a relatively complicated case including an implant and a borderline tooth. From the moment I walked into Marylebone Smile Clinic I felt at ease. Dr Sahil Patel explained all my options and a potential worst case scenario and feeling assured by his knowledge and expertise I decided to go ahead. I now have front teeth which not only look great but have given me back my ability to speak in front of audiences and feel like me again. It’s been a really long journey and although I’m not completely there yet as my brain is still trying to protect me from my previous trauma. I now have the confidence to speak and smile again. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Thank you all!!!

I had trauma to my front tooth and needed my existing crowns replacing. Dr. Sahil was recommended to me. After a thorough consultation, he explained everything very clearly and discussed several treatment plans that best suited me. I didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else to be honest and started treatment immediately. As someone with dental anxiety, I can honestly say I no longer feel anxious because I was taken care of so well and everything was perfect! The customer service in itself here is impeccable and everything is seamless. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and keep you well informed about every aspect of your appointment or treatment. Shout out to Rana and Hilda who are so lovely and make you feel so comfortable in every appointment. The clinic has a calm and clean ambience with a ceiling TV for that extra cosiness. Dr. Sahil is really an exceptional aesthetic dentist, and has great experience dealing with front teeth. I could not recommend him enough. He is professional, gentle and makes you feel calm. I had several appointments over the course of 8 months to reach my final result. Prices are transparent with no hidden fees. I had an implant on my front tooth along with 3 nearby crowns replaced. I was never happy with my old crowns as they didn’t look as natural as I wanted but now I can’t believe how natural my teeth look! Thinking of going back to start some Invisalign treatment next. I would highly recommend Sahil and his team to anyone seeking top-tier aesthetic dental care with outstanding empathy and professionalism. Thank you so much!

I couldn’t recommend Dr Sahil more to anyone that wants to do teeth contouring, he has given me my dream teeth. His attention to detail and patience are like no other, I’m a perfectionist and he continued to deliver exactly what I wanted until we reached the end goal. He is also highly knowledgeable and careful and will advise when to stop, he is truly spectacular.

I am delighted with new porcelain veneers. I did my research and spoke to three cosmetic dentists before I chose Marylebone Smile Clinic and the service and support from Dr Sahil and Rania has been first class. Although I am 61 it is never too late to improve ones appearance. My only observation is that the process is invasive and at times painful and uncomfortable but that is what is involved for a beautiful smile.Well worth it!

Dr Sahil took the time to clearly explain the entire procedure and provided a detailed breakdown of the costs upfront, ensuring there were no surprises or hidden charges. Both Dr Sahil and Max were always available to address the numerous questions I had before, during, and after the treatment, demonstrating their patience and expertise throughout the process. I’ve noticed a remarkable improvement in my smile, which I couldn’t have achieved without their guidance and professionalism. Given the outstanding results of my aligner treatment, I’ve decided to take things a step further by opting for ceramic fittings on some of my lower teeth. From the very start, the entire process was handled with such professionalism. The personal video I received following my initial inquiry was a lovely touch, which gave them the advantage over their competitors. What really stood out was the level of detail Dr. Sahil and the team went into. They explained everything thoroughly, including how lighting reflects off the teeth, which gave me full confidence in making my decision. Their expertise and care brought back the smile I had lost for years. I opted for two ceramic veneers alongside a teeth-whitening kit, and retainers were included too—an added bonus I really appreciated! With the ceramic veneers, temporary ones were fitted first, which was fantastic because it allowed us to make small adjustments to ensure the final veneers were perfect. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new smile. The veneers are completely natural in shape, size, and colour. They blend seamlessly with my teeth, and it doesn’t even feel like I have veneers at all! Highly highly highly recommend Marylebone Smile Clinic. I struggled with the appearance of my teeth for years & years and dealt with many sets of composites that were not done well & did not look good. Dr Sahil far surpassed my expectations - he did such an incredible job and the whole team at Marylebone smile clinic was amazing throughout the whole process. I have gained so much confidence since my procedure - so so thankful for Dr Sahil and Marylebone Smile Clinic!
