Late! (Beyond the scheduled time.) Each appointment should be on time, not leaving you waiting 30 minutes without being informed of the reason. Anyone planning to visit this clinic should clear their schedule beforehand.

The price is good. Some days it's crowded, some days it's empty. There's a good selection of rubber band colors... I'm getting retainers again now, and there are even more designs to choose from.

I went to the dentist to get a dental checkup. The counter staff asked for my ID card. I informed the clinic that I wanted to use my social security benefits for 900 baht. The staff said okay. After the treatment, I paid, but I noticed the discount wasn't applied. I called the clinic and explained that they hadn't given me the 900 baht discount. They told me to go back to the clinic to get treatment, which was a huge waste of time. I went back, and the staff said the bill had been closed. I was confused. I'd come all this way, and I'd been waiting. One of the staff members sighed, "Ugh... ugh..." I overheard her and thought she was incredibly rude. She even glared at me. Go somewhere else. The prices are cheap, but the staff isn't great. The dentist was nice, though. I really want to file a complaint against the main branch. Honestly, what did I do wrong? The service needs to be better. I didn't ask for this service. No wonder so many people complain!

It was a terrible experience. I just went through it recently. 1. The service was awful. The counter staff didn't even pay attention to customers, they were chatting amongst themselves, and it was incredibly slow. I arrived before my appointment time but had to wait a very long time. 2. The consultations with the first doctor and the second doctor were completely different. The plan and additional things needed were unclear. I don't understand why the first doctor didn't inform me beforehand. 3. I waited in line for a long time, then they told me to come back another day because the doctor had an appointment, even though the doctor themselves said the braces could be fitted today. Why tell me then? They said they had an appointment at 7 PM, but then accepted my appointment. It's completely confusing. 4. The details didn't even mention that a small X-ray film was needed. The doctor didn't mention it during the consultation at all. They only told me during the scaling procedure. I immediately canceled the contract because I felt they weren't being truthful to the patient. Details should have been provided before the patient decided to proceed. This cancellation isn't because of anything else or because I don't want to pay. It's simply unacceptable that you didn't provide complete details during the consultation. The clinic was supposed to give patients time to consider the procedure, but informing them after they've already decided to proceed is completely unacceptable. If they had been told beforehand, they would have understood. But telling them afterward feels like forcing their hand, which we absolutely refuse to accept. I don't know if the clinic will make any changes after writing this, because despite receiving many reviews, things remain the same.

Anyone considering braces should go somewhere else. The service is terrible, and the wait is hours long. Don't bother making an appointment if you're going to be this late. It's like paying for treatment and then just sitting there waiting. Every time I asked, they said the same thing: wait. It's been over an hour past the scheduled time, and there's no effort to speed things up.

In short: Clear aligners: 9/10 Clear retainer: 2/10 Positive points: - The dentist explained the orthodontic options in detail before we decided, without any hard selling. - The price was reasonable. Negative points: Before starting orthodontics, the clinic used a 3D mouth scan. However, for the retainers after treatment, they used traditional impressions. This wasn't a problem at first, but when I received the retainers, they didn't fit (some were too loose, some had protruding bumps). In short, I had to get them redone 4 times! It felt like a huge waste of time. During that time, I had to continue wearing my last aligner, which started cracking, but I kept wearing it because I was afraid my teeth would shift. I wonder why they didn't use a 3D scan like before. Very disappointed. Update: My clear retainer cracked after 3 months of use. Another clinic said the material was too thin.

My dental appointment was at 11:00 AM, but I arrived early. The mall opens at 10:30 AM, and I assumed the clinic would open at 10:30 AM as well. I sat down to wait inside the clinic at 10:48 AM, but the staff said the clinic wasn't open yet and told me to wait outside, even though the clinic door clearly stated it was open at that time. Every time I come here, I always have to wait a long time even if I arrive on time. This time, I tried arriving early, and experiencing this was terrible.

I came to get my teeth done at Silom. The dentist was lovely, polite, and had a very gentle touch. The staff provided good service.

Terrible experience. I don't know if we were using social security insurance or not, but the treatment was awful. The tartar removal was incredibly painful. I understand it's supposed to hurt, I've done it before, but the dentist here seemed rushed and told me to raise my hand if it hurt. Even after I raised my hand, the dentist didn't stop working and kept asking if it hurt, saying "Tartar removal is normal." I let it go the first time, but the second time I couldn't stand the pain anymore, so I raised my hand again. The dentist asked again, "Does it hurt?" I was getting really frustrated and said, "It hurts. You seem to be rushing." He/She replied something like, "It's normal to feel pain, especially with front teeth." The next time I went for teeth whitening, the dentist told me to raise my hand if I felt sensitivity, which I did, but the dentist didn't seem to care. There was no response or even any sound of footsteps, so I shouted for the dentist, but my mouth was still being held open by the instrument. Another thing, the assistant who called to remind patients about their appointments the day before was very rude and spoke poorly. I've written about this on their website before, but they haven't improved at all. This place is terrible. I'm so glad my orthodontic treatment is finally finished.
