I had my first appointment at this store with Nicky just recently, both her and the woman at reception were very welcoming and made the whole experience easy. I can feel a bit nervous going somewhere new but I felt relaxed right away. Definitely recommend!

8 sessions and the literal only change is some hairs have turned blond (which means the ONLY option now is to just do electrolysis anyway). really, really disappointed. they make it clear its not going to get rid of everything but its not changed ANYTHING... after 8 sessions!?!?!? i really shouldve asked for a refund after i went in for my last one. really not good enough. staff are friendly and professional, even to disgusting abominations like me, so im rating 2 stars for that.
