Dr. Nguyen Huu Nam - the founder - is truly inspirational in turning Kim Dental Clinic into an international standard dental chain.
The orthodontist plans carefully, does not rush to attach all the braces but does it sequentially to reduce pain and facilitate hygiene.
Although braces here are not cheap, I think it's worth every penny because they do it carefully, cleanly, and have a clear treatment plan.
Thank you Kim Dental for helping me regain my confident smile without worrying about quality or safety.

The service quality is good, the staff are lovely, and the advice is really nice.
It was ridiculously expensive, a rip-off. The retail bill was 3.7 million VND, and the VAT invoice was 2.7 million VND. When I complained, they returned 1 million VND. I won't be coming here again, and you should never go here.
Terrible experience. I took my child to the clinic and requested a doctor's diagnosis report for easy monitoring and further examinations (if needed). However, the receptionist said they wouldn't issue such a report, only storing it in the system. they still didn't. I've never been to a clinic without receiving any paperwork. This made me even more suspicious that the people who examined my child actually had the qualifications and licenses. It was truly awful. I will never return, even though this was my third visit.

though it was also decayed. I asked if there was any other option besides extraction, and he bluntly said it couldn't be filled, only removed. I decided not to have that tooth extracted and just get the one next to it filled. I asked about the filling process, and since it was my first time, I was nervous and needed thorough advice, but the dentist was visibly annoyed. It was like they wanted me to finish quickly so I could go somewhere else. When I cried out in pain during the procedure, the dentist was also annoyed with me, as if I were a nuisance wasting their time. The dentist showed no empathy for the patient's feelings and had a terrible attitude. The cleaning wasn't thorough; I had to check later and there were still pieces of plaque inside. And a year later, I went back to the dentist in Ho Chi Minh City for a checkup because the tooth had a dead pulp and was decayed. Besides extraction, they gave me many other options... they said extraction was the worst-case scenario... they told me to get a biological filling at the root of the dead tooth to prevent further inflammation and also fill the cavity (they could do it, but other dental clinics said they couldn't – have you seen the techniques at Kim Tien Dental Clinic?). It was like they were trying to fix things while there was still hope, unlike Kim Tien Dental Clinic which just wanted to get the money done quickly. After learning about my current dental condition from a dental check-up in Ho Chi Minh City, I realized how terrible Kim Tien Dental Clinic's service was. Their advice was poor, they lacked knowledge, and their attitude was arrogant. Now I'm leaving this review; don't come here. I regret it.

clearly explained the information and costs. I had wisdom teeth that were difficult to extract, so each tooth cost 4 million VND. The dentist cleaned and filled my teeth quickly and gently; it took about an hour to fill 4 teeth and clean them.
