Dr. Chidchanok is an amazing orthodontist! I found her through a social media review. After receiving treatment, I found her to be truly skilled and caring. I was impressed from the consultation. I had consulted with 7-8 other orthodontists, and none of them had a treatment plan like Dr. Chidchanok's. Some said traditional braces weren't possible and only Brius or clear aligners were suitable. But Dr. Chidchanok suggested that traditional braces were possible for my case because of her excellent treatment planning skills. Importantly, she wasn't pushy at all. I felt like I saw a ray of hope when I started treatment with her. The price wasn't exorbitant at all; it was even lower than I expected, considering she's a specialist in orthodontics. I thought it would be very expensive, but it wasn't. She gave excellent advice, explained everything thoroughly, was gentle, patient, spoke kindly, answered all my questions in detail and directly, leaving no room for lingering doubts. She was incredibly respectful of her patients; she even apologized for being a few minutes late, something I've never experienced before. I'm so glad I found her. It's not far and you don't need to cross the street. ***Update after 1 year of orthodontic treatment: My teeth are much better and much faster than before! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️*** After 1 year, my teeth are so well-aligned that I'm already very happy. The improvement is incredible. My previous orthodontic treatment took 4 years, and my teeth didn't progress as much as they did after just one year with this doctor. Regarding my scissor bite (3 pairs of teeth), I consulted with 10 clinics, and 8 said my case was very difficult and metal braces weren't possible. They said even if I did get metal braces, they weren't sure what the outcome would be, and it would likely take up to 8 years. They only recommended clear aligners or Brius. Only 2 clinics said metal braces were possible: a professor at Chulalongkorn University and Dr. Chidchanok at this clinic. I chose her because she explained the treatment plan very clearly, offered alternative treatment options, and answered all my questions from the first day of treatment until a year later. She's still exactly the same! My teeth are aligning very quickly. Other clinics said this problem was irresolvable or would take many years to fix (Fact: my previous treatment took 4 years, and my crooked teeth were still crooked). (Because the scissors bite problem couldn't be fixed at all) But the doctor managed to fix it within a year. My teeth are now perfectly aligned, and I can smile confidently. It might not be completely fixed yet, but the alignment of my teeth is significantly improved. I've made her my go-to dentist. I was so impressed! I had my lower wisdom tooth extracted here. I'd been avoiding it for 3 years (because of a painful experience with my first wisdom tooth extracted elsewhere). It took me quite a while to decide to have another one done, but when I finally got it done here, Dr. Somchai was incredibly gentle and kind. My anxiety disappeared completely! I barely felt the anesthetic injection. Initially, I only planned to have one lower wisdom tooth removed because I was still a bit scared (I also had an upper wisdom tooth that could be extracted normally). The doctor recommended removing both at once. When it was time to remove the second one, I wasn't scared anymore because the first one was painless afterwards. After the anesthetic wore off, there was only a little pain, which was relieved with medication. Thank you so much to the clinic for removing all my wisdom teeth 🙏🏻🙏🏻 I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for wisdom tooth extraction. From someone who was terrified of wisdom tooth extraction before, the doctor was incredibly gentle and it really didn't hurt at all!

Before my last wisdom tooth (with a crooked root) was removed, I was so afraid of the pain that I endured it for almost twenty years. It was now the size of the tip of my pinky finger. 🥹 It was so large, the root was starting to dig into my cheek, causing pain, and food particles were constantly getting stuck. I had to carry floss in my bag. Finally, I had to travel abroad, so I decided to consult a colleague about a good place to have it removed. She recommended this place, saying it was minimally painful and healed quickly. I couldn't believe it, but I went anyway. An X-ray of the root was taken to examine the overall condition. It was fine, and the tooth was lying on its side, and the root was crooked. The dentist was very skilled, and he was still young. He decided to grind the tooth into small pieces and gently pull it out with forceps instead of prying it out, avoiding the painful bruising and pain of pulling it out. The hole in my gums was exactly the size of the tooth being removed, and the wound edge was smooth and beautiful. It didn't look like the bruising or bleeding I'd seen on Google. The stitches were hidden and perfectly aligned with the jawline. When I opened my mouth and saw the wound, I was like, "Wow, that's so neat!" When the surgery was going on, I was so scared I almost went into a panic. But after the procedure was over, after the anesthesia wore off, there was severe pain for only half an hour. They put ice on my cheek, and it subsided in a short while. After that, there was no pain at all. There was just a tight feeling where the stitches were. I could touch the wound with my tongue, but it was still sore. It didn't hurt at all. If it wasn't touched, it was completely normal, to the point of being confused. This is a real wisdom tooth extraction. Just be careful about food getting into the hole. You have to clean it out. Or, like me, we used a syringe to inject saline into the hole and the food would come out. It was so much fun! 🤣🥹 The wound healed quickly. It was completely healed in less than two weeks. When they pulled out the new ones, they were so easy to remove. It was so smooth. I immediately went to get another eight fillings. The doctor said that with this filling, it'll last for almost two more years. I give it a 10 out of 10! This place is soooooo good!

First visit here, the doctors and staff are friendly, and they warmly welcome the foreigner. I have my retainers done here. Nice and clean clinic, and will have my teeth check- up on my next visit.

I was very impressed with the service at this clinic. I had an appointment at 6:00 PM and was treated immediately upon arrival – perfectly on time! The nurses here are excellent and professional. They were very helpful when I asked to charge my phone. The restrooms were very clean and smelled wonderful – I was hesitant to use them for fear of making a mess! (However, I wish there were tissues for wiping hands and face at the sink; there were only rolled tissues, which I didn't dare use.) This time, a male dentist performed the tartar removal. He greeted me before starting and had a very gentle touch, making the treatment go smoothly. He also allowed me to ask questions. He was very professional and mature. Afterward, he summarized my dental health. *One suggestion, however, is that it would be nice to have a gauze or a thin blanket to cover my mouth during the procedure.* *This is a personal question, not related to the service. I'm not sure if regular dental clinics have a standard practice of changing instruments after each treatment, such as drills and mouthwash cups. Thank you to the dentist and assistants for scaling and polishing my teeth. While scaling with the dentist and assistant on December 16th, there was a lot of water spray. You might want to find a way to prevent this, as you can't hold your breath for the entire time of the scaling (approximately 20 minutes, including a short break between your upper and lower teeth). Breathing in the spray can irritate your respiratory tract.
