3 staff came out to help carry in a dog hit by a car. When crying owner stated she had no money or purse on her was told to go to GAWS AND 4 Staff ( Vet now present) STOOD AND WATCHED her carry her large, heavy yelping dog to her car. Clearly this centre won’t lift a hand unless you have money on you !!!!

Donna at reception provides the most outstanding, caring, compassionate customer service I have experienced anywhere in Geelong. My cat does not need many visits but I know where i will always be taking her. Donna is an absolute asset to the great team at Kardinia Vets.

Our first visit today. Our Groodle ended up having anaesthetic and removal of grass seed in his paw. Reception / vet nurses were amazing. Vet was amazing. I will be recommending them loudly and proudly.

Blown away by how kind and friendly the staff are at this clinic. The nurse even helped carry my cat carrier out to my car.
