This dental clinic is always giving the best experience, from the moment I arrive till I leave, and during the whole journey for my teeth. I’m a medical student in Bulgaria and I’ve had braces for 5 years and finished my treatment in 2025, I couldn’t find good orthodontists till I came to Kdent and met Dr. Kalaydzhieva, she’s extremely talented at her work and done an amazing job with my treatment. After I took off my braces, I did teeth bonding with Dr. Evgeniya Daskalova and she did an incredible job with care, attention to detail that resulted in natural and exceptional results. Both doctors are very friendly and I enjoyed my appointments! I had a wonderful experience. The dental treatment was handled with great skill and professionalism, and the results exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy with my teeth and loving my smile. I would say this is the best clinic in Bulgaria…no.1 🥰 Thank you for everything and mainly kindness, also I want to thank Anna, who arranged my appointments and always greeting me with a big smile!

Hello! I want to leave a comment from my personal visit today to the clinic, both from the administration and from Dr. K. Zhekov. Yesterday I went supposedly with an appointment, I had a toothache and the woman at the reception told me that my appointment was not for the appointed day, but for the next one! And I am not from Plovdiv and I am traveling specifically for this examination. Today I went again, the doctor was 20 minutes late for the examination, looked at my scanner and did not even give me much of an opinion about the condition of my tooth, and when asked what to do about the pain, the answer was - "what you have been doing until now". He does not want to pay any attention to me, he did not give a guarantee that the tooth can be cured and he does not want to open it for me! As a finale, he also charged me 50 leva. I advise you not to go to this clinic if you want urgent and professionally adequate treatment. This Zhekov should tear up his purchased diploma. He took his money without opening it and at least trying to alleviate my condition. Inhumane attitude, let alone medical.

Modern clinic, but.... I went with a specific question and need, they took my money for a panoramic photo, a surgeon's examination, a consultation with an anesthesiologist, in the end they were supposed to call me the next day, for possible dates for my question, which never happened for 2 months. For explaining to everyone in the waiting room that they do not share my opinion separately, which is not correct. There are offices where it is not right for all people to listen. I am extremely disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Dr. Daskalova and Ann, who were absolutely amazing. They were both incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every step of the process and making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Their professionalism, gentle approach, and genuine care truly made a difference. I’m so grateful for the excellent treatment I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dental team!

Overall, this clinic is very aesthetic and the staff are chill. I don't know what the service is like, because I was there only for moral support for a patient. By the looks of it, I guess the place is quite fancy and expensive if you don't have a referral that can be covered by health insurance. I liked that there are candies served by a dog at the reception. I understand that you deliberately put the candies there. In order for someone to take one of their teeth and come back again. But I liked the most that in the waiting room you offer water on the table, this is probably the most peak thing and for that it gets 2.5 stars from me just for that. Overall, the place is very nonchalant and not bad, but I had to go through a narrow alley to reach this place. I suggest you make it more visible to customers, regardless of whether it is legal or not.

I left after waiting 90 minutes after the appointed time. Frivolous attitude.
