Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dental office. Despite the appointment, the doctor arrived late. After opening my son's tooth, he left it open and did not finish the treatment. He only received a rinse injection and instructions to rinse the tooth until the next appointment, which was two weeks later - in the hope that the inflammation would "miraculously" disappear. However, the most outrageous thing is that the doctor openly admitted that he did not have time to perform either the filling or the root canal. As a result, my son left the office with much more pain than when he went in, and the tooth that was left open is also at a higher risk of developing serious inflammation. I think this attitude is irresponsible. I would expect much more care and responsibility from a pediatric dentist. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone, especially not children.

You and your son had separate appointments booked for that day, but unfortunately you did not arrive at the scheduled time. Our receptionist tried to reach you by phone several times, without success. Since several of our patients arrived for a check-up, they were the first to be seen – that is why there was a waiting time. Regarding your child’s tooth, it is important to emphasize that in the case of acute, purulent inflammation, according to professional protocol, the tooth must be opened and cannot be closed or filled immediately. The primary goal is to reduce acute pain and relieve pressure. In such a case, it is not possible to perform all further treatments at the same time, because it would cause the inflammation to worsen, which you were informed about, and a subsequent appointment was arranged, where the further steps of the treatment would have been continued, based on what was discussed. The treatment, i.e. leaving the tooth open, was not done due to “lack of time”, but specifically in the best interest of the child, in accordance with professional guidelines. We regret that the situation caused an unpleasant experience, but at the same time we consider it important to clarify the facts and that our colleague acted in accordance with professional protocol in all aspects. I asked for an appointment in the morning, they could only give me an appointment for the evening, but they called me about 20 minutes later and I was able to go at 3 in the afternoon.
