Consultation with Dr Ho was great! Dr Ho was friendly and caring. Meanwhile, the reception staff were unfriendly (except for one taking phone calls for appointments) and ignorant. It seemed they were too busy chatting. It’s a busy clinic, more efficient and caring attitude by the staffs at the registration desk would improve patients’ overall experience.

I went for my first consultation with Dr Richard Taumoepeau, and it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. He did not listen to me properly and made rude comments that were completely out of context. Instead of focusing on my medical concerns, without any interest of treating me he spoke about willpower and even brought religion into the conversation, which was entirely inappropriate. I did not feel respected or supported as a patient. I will not be returning.

Might of caught him on a bad day but no excuse. This man should not be a doctor. Absolutely heartless and does not care about new patients. I will never return to this clinic. I told reception I’d like to make a complaint and was directed to do it online. Made a complaint online where it was to give as much detail as you can. Within 1500 characters of course. Have further complained to HRC.

New patient needing urgent attention. Rebecca was very pleasant and obliging. Next day appointment made. Saw Dr Mistry who was attentive and efficient. Practice nurse delightful, dressed wound very well. Three receptionists also attentive and very pleasant. Recommended
