I can’t recommend Dr. Sam highly enough. I’ve always had a slight fear of dentists, but his kindness completely put me at ease and I enjoyed our talks. I ended up coming in for 9 appointments over a year to catch up on some long overdue work, and every visit was a positive experience. The front desk staff are also wonderful. Exceptional Dental is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to!

Exceptional Dental is a professional team and I highly recommend this practice. I have been a patient of Dr Park for over 15 years and completely trust his expertise. I have been going to Exceptional Dental for a number of years now being treated by Dr Tim Park This man is the ultimate professional. Besides my general dentistry. He has given me two implants and they must be perfect. He just sends them back until they are exactly the way he wants them even colour change if it’s not exact it goes back. On top of that he is just a general all round good guy including the staff Dr Sam, Sophie the Reception girls the nurses everybody just makes you feel so welcome and they go out of their way To help. I have referred friends and family to Dr Tim and they have all come away very very happy. I cannot recommend Exceptional Dental too highly you certainly will not be disappointed and you will be treated in a first class surgical environment

I called to ask if they did an apicoectomy as I was referred to them. I was told I’d have to come in and was given an X-ray, a consultation and a script for antibiotics. I was then told they don’t do apicoectomies there and referred me to someone else. After paying the bill I realised they could have said no to begin with but then they wouldn’t have made a claim on my insurance and had me pay a gap. Be careful here I’m not saying they’re not good dentists because I don’t know but they’re keen to get your money and they’re not ethical about it. Never going there again.

I went in for a tooth extraction, and the procedure wasn't even completed. I've had tooth problems and other extractions in the past, and a big problem I have is that I am limited to how far my jaw opens. Every other dentist has accommodated for this, including the student dentists at Griffith. Sam started loosening my tooth in a way where he kept rotating my head weirdly on the back, and opening my mouth too much to where I kept making painful moans, as my jaw kept locking up. After two attempts, and ignoring me telling him my mouth doesn't open that far, he tried giving me anasthetic (as if it was a pain problem, and not that my mouth kept opening too far), then tried again, then gave me a lecture on how I would have to be put under and that it would cost money, and it it wasn't covered by my dental voucher. Never in my 3+ decades of life, has a Dr or any medical practitioner sent me home without completing the procedure. What's even worse is, I know for a fact that this was his issue and not mine. I've had STUDENT dentists accommodate me for my lack of jaw motion, and finished the procedure. So now that anasthetic has worn off, I have a loosened infected tooth STILL IN MY MOUTH, and I'm in absolute agony. I'm now having to re-contact the QLD government, to try and get an appointment again, starting from square one. Sam even said himself "your tooth has been infected for quite a while". Then why are you sending me home? My jaw not opening is not an excuse, if every other dentist in this country has accommodated me. Ridiculopus.
