I had a dental filling redone, and the experience was surprisingly smooth from start to finish. The dentist was very professional and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and why, which made me feel much more comfortable going in.
My grandmother had removable dentures made elsewhere, but they didn't work; they kept falling out. Then she tried another clinic, but the dentist didn't show her how to remove them. She couldn't take them off, so they told her to just leave them as they were. She didn't tell her children anything about it. discovered that several surrounding teeth were damaged. Luckily, my uncle had removable dentures made here before and they worked well, so he recommended my grandmother. The doctors were very gentle, explained everything thoroughly, and even repaired her old dentures for free so she could eat temporarily while they treated the damaged teeth. Now she's smiling happily and can eat with her new dentures. I think the clinic is a bit low-key, but the prices are very reasonable, and the doctors' skills are excellent.

I hate going to the dentist but this time not. It all was very well explained and the treatment was very Gentle! Wish I had a doctor like that at home! The results are shown through pictures they take before and after. Highly recommended!
Nice Clinic where to go and feel safe as a foreigner! Price were good and Dr Nga speaks a really good English and she is really patient to explain you everything you wonder! The service and price that you get here is a dream for Europeans people.. so if you are in Hanoi, think about come here before gooooo home!!! Clean and safe place! I book an appointment in advance,but they still made me wait for like half an hour for that,even though the clinic was empty and I was on time. Not the best,no respect to a client time. But the doctor was wondering and kind. Very professional,with a great English. I would highly recommend her to anyone who’s a bit uncomfortable going to a dentist.

The prices are beyond reasonable, X-rays done on the spot cost about 50k to check for hidden issues and cavities, dental hygiene was about 250.000 VND and two fillings I’ve had done around 300k. Everything was really well explained, nothing was rushed and the work was well precise. Wish we’ve had this level of services in the UK. All thumbs up 👍
I went to this clinic because of a mouth infection I got during my trip. Dr. Nga treated me, and I couldn't have been luckier! The service was 10/10, highly recommended, and the price was very, very good. I was so lucky to end up here :)

I had a very pleasant experience. The youngest member of the family business studied abroad so everything got explained in detail. Made the appointment the day of and had no delays. Professional teeth cleaning is between 200 to 300.
My whole family has been getting our teeth done here for many years and we have great confidence in the doctors' skills. My mother recently had a set of cosmetic porcelain veneers done, and the color looks very natural. The clinic was very responsive. I had an appointment within two hours of contacting them. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave a great service for a great price. I had a filling repaired and a cleaning within 30mins. Their English was very good.
The staff were very kind and professional. They can communicate in English, and even though my English is not very good, they patiently explained everything using a translator. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my visit. I highly recommend this dental clinic in Hanoi.
The facilities were clean. The dentist was attentive, removed the tartar cleanly and gently.

Poor hygiene. They gave me a dirty, old plastic mouthwash cup. They examined my tooth and started talking about a crown. When I said I was flying out tomorrow and would have to go to another city for treatment, they said a crown wasn't necessary and they'd just fix it right away with a filling. Naturally, I didn't want to go there for treatment. They charged me 150,000 dong for the examination.
