The clinic does not respect the budget/treatment plan value; I was charged more than double the amount, claiming that the value was updated, when the budget was no longer valid. It's regrettable; a budget is a commitment. Three years of orthodontic treatment and this is how they treat a client.

Everything is explained with great clarity and patience, without rushing, which makes us feel very calm about the treatments. The professionals demonstrate an impressive level of knowledge and rigor. They work with great care, attention to detail, and a constant concern for our comfort. I always felt they were focused on finding the best solution for me, with honesty and transparency. Without trying to push unnecessary treatments on me, as in other clinics. Another point that struck me was the humane way they treat patients. You realize that we are not just "another one," but someone they truly care about. Today I can say that going to the dentist is no longer something that causes me anxiety. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professionalism, trust, cutting-edge technology and, above all, humane and excellent service. I have been a patient at this clinic for over two years, where I underwent orthodontic treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Throughout the treatment, I had to return numerous times to correct problems resulting from work that, in my opinion, left much to be desired. The situation was particularly frustrating regarding the removable retainers, which broke very frequently. Furthermore, the fixed retainer repeatedly came loose or broke, forcing me to make successive trips to the clinic. Recently, I sought a second opinion and, since then, I have stopped having these types of problems, which further reinforced my dissatisfaction with the care I received previously. I also felt a lack of attention and listening to the patient's concerns. I believe they could have given more importance to the feedback and complaints presented throughout the process. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Poor Quality and Poor Service in Orthodontic Treatment I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided at your clinic during my treatment with dental aligners and, more recently, with the retainer. During the period I used the aligners (approximately one year), I noticed several organizational and follow-up failures: appointments were frequently conducted by different professionals, unnecessary trips occurred due to errors on the clinic's part (such as forgetting to cut the aligners or deliver the elastics), and several appointments were changed without prior notice. However, the most serious incident occurred recently, after my retainer broke. I contacted the clinic to resolve the situation, at which time I was informed that I had a credit of €180, information I was previously unaware of. New molds were made—poorly executed on the first attempt—and I went there again and, on the same day, received the new retainer. Upon arriving home, I realized that the material used did not correspond to what I expected: instead of the usual resistant material for retention, the appliance was malleable, similar to an aligner. In less than a month, it already shows visible signs of wear, which should not occur. I contacted the clinic to report the problem, but the responses were contradictory and, to date, I have not received any concrete solution. Given all of the above, I do not intend to return to the clinic and request a full refund of the amount paid for the retention appliance, since the product delivered does not correspond to what was contracted nor does it present the expected quality for its intended purpose. If there is no satisfactory resolution, I reserve the right to refer the case to the competent authorities.

The experience was unpleasant; they are not professional. I had a tooth treated that had been hurting for a week and had to pay for a new appointment in another country because I was on a business trip. When I returned, I scheduled a new appointment, and it was canceled because the doctor no longer had the patience and didn't want to wait for me to arrive.
