Dr.Dentist Clinic

At first sight over nice clinic, clean with nice staff that is attend full. I went there over the last 5 years and normally no issues for cleaning. But the last time when I had some extensive work done by the main dentist (I will refrain from using the name), it now has to be fixed after 6-9 months later after a whole filling fell out and 3 other fillings which had been done at that same period have to be redone as-well because of issues/quality (checked by different dentists). I thank them for the times it did go well but after the issues I’m now facing I will not be going back there going forward..

Even a doctor was good, the service they treated was abnormal. They asked me to pay additional amount which they haven’t mentioned over the phone earlier. Add-on, edited 2days after. Clinic has reached out to me after they saw my review and compensated by abating the fare to initial cost which came across over the phone. Appreciate for prompt reaction I hope it won’t happen to the others next time.

I went to this dentist after reservation, but I couldn’t receive treatment. Young trainee just said there was no professional available. That’s why I just paid uncertain fee and booked another dentist.

I have a good recommendation for this particular clinic. The staff are friendly and efficient, follow up reminders and good English speaking skills. The Clinic is modern. Excellent services.

Dr. Kwanluck did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth! I could tell that she was very detail-oriented. She also gave me lots of advice for taking care of my teeth. Overall, very impressed with the quality of the clinic and the staff.

Good service and good trained staff are let us feeling safe and at home country.

Horrible experience. Stay away from Dr Kwanluck. She is not a good dentist plus she has a bad personality that she can lie the customer easily. Management also is thief. While I had some business meetings in Bangkok, I wanted to visit Dr. Dentist for necessary fillings and fixing the partially broken crown. The reception lady is so nice and she tries to do her job very well. My first visit is for fillings and cleaning. Dr June took care of the fillings. She did great job. She was so patient. She explained me one by one what she plans to treat. After couple fillings, she cleaned the black dots. Only one filling was so sensitive first 2-3 days. Today’s the tenth day and I feel much better. Overall Mr June did her job very well. And also her personality was so nice to help you feel better. My second visit was for my partially broken crown. It’s pretty good actually but I wanted to replace it when I have time. Dr. Kwanluck was the dentist. It was Sunday. She told me that the treatment will be finished on Tuesday and if any fixes needed I need to stay one more day. Then I decided to extend my stay 2 more days. After she removed the existing crown. While she was removing the existing crown, she was talking in Thai with her assistant and laughing. I felt so nervous. Then I came for new crown on Wednesday instead of Tuesday because the the crown could not be ready. Before Dr. Kwanluck started the treatment she said maybe ten times that she is in rush. Oh my God, she is really good at making you uncomfortable. After she started the treatment, she kept saying that she is in rush. I didn’t feel myself that nervous for a long time. I felt like I wanted to scream. Then she couldn’t fit the crown because it was big. The worst part is this: She started to scratch other good teeth to fit the crown. I wanted her to stop but it was too late. She already defected the good teeth. When I asked the reason, she lied me that she was cleaning the black dots. She started to tell something in Thai and laughed for a while. That was like a scary movie. And then you know what happened; she was gone. She left in the middle of treatment. I am so thankful that she left actually. Then Dr. June came. She explained nicely what she will do. Of course she couldn’t fit the crown. She put a temporary crown. At the end of day I lost my existing crown and have a defected new teeth. I was charged 23000 baht for crown treatment. I was refunded only 10000 baht. I paid 13000 baht to loose my crown and have a new defected teeth. Plus a nightmare with Dr. Kwanluck. After 10 days, the temporary crown was completely broken. Result: Dr June who is a young dentist was great. Dr. Kwanluck was a nightmare. She was old and it looks like she is the owner or partner of Dr Dentist. Just STAY AWAY from her. She is not a good dentist and her personality is not good enough to take care of any patient.

Clean room and friendly staff Bit pricy bcause it located at Sukhumvit 24 ( the most expensive area in Bangkok ) but it worth every penny. I recommend.

I visited the clinic for sudden dental pain and had a reassuring experience from the start. The receptionists were very helpful, quickly arranged a same-day appointment, and provided an ice pack while I waited. The dental assistant was kind and supportive, which made the visit much easier. I felt well cared for throughout the visit. Many thanks to the team for their kindness and help.

The dentist there was great. She was very professional and attentive.
