I was quite self-conscious about my teeth until I met the dentists here. The dentists are very experienced and understand patient psychology. After the examination, I went from self-conscious to confident.
I was quite worried about the cost of braces because I'm a student and don't have much money. Luckily, they have an installment payment plan, so I feel reassured about getting my braces done here. Students can consider this place for their orthodontic treatment.

already paid the full amount? - Suspected that the trays are not from Germany, because I bought a pair of temporary trays in advance while waiting for the "GERMANY" tray set to arrive, then the temporary trays were available after 1 day!? but the appearance is EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE TRAYS FROM GERMANY!?? So where are those trays actually manufactured, only the dental clinic knows ^^ - There are many more, in short, losing money at this dental clinic is a lesson, I still keep pictures, evidence for other problems but to put it briefly, everyone should not get braces here!

Your treatment ended on April 7th, and you signed the medical record agreeing to the results of your orthodontic treatment. I'm not sure what is bothering you, but today, 6 weeks after completing treatment, you are rating the treatment as unsatisfactory. Could you please have our Customer Care team call you to discuss and listen to your feedback more thoroughly? 2. Regarding the pair of retainers you mentioned, I would like to explain as follows: When you came to our clinic, you were wearing braces, so we gave you a pair of retainers to wear immediately after removing the braces while you waited for us to prepare the treatment plan and print the retainers. Those trays were ordered from a supplier in Vietnam. Because the primary requirement was immediate use to prevent tooth movement, those trays couldn't be manufactured in Germany. We paid for them from a Vietnamese manufacturer to give to you as a gift. Therefore, I can confirm: - Those are not trays from Germany. - Those trays were ordered from a lab in Vietnam. - Those trays are for temporary use, to keep teeth from moving before treatment. They are not trays for treatment. - Those are trays we're giving you as a gift; you won't incur any cost for them. If you have any other concerns, please share them with our customer service. Regarding patient records, we have implemented electronic records in accordance with the Ministry of Health's regulations, so there will be no paper records (except in special cases). Therefore, you won't see the doctor taking out pen and paper to write notes like at other places. Your dental condition must be fully updated in the system before we can create an orthodontic treatment plan. So please rest assured. Just because you haven't seen it doesn't mean we haven't done it. Regarding your waiting time for the trays, I would like to explain as follows: Because you arrived at the clinic at a different time than your scheduled appointment, we didn't have the trays ready for you. Due to the large number of patients (in the thousands), we have a very large quantity of trays. Therefore, the trays are not kept in the clinic but in storage at a different location. Please only take the tray back to the clinic before your scheduled appointment. We understand your frustration while waiting. We apologize for not explaining clearly why you needed to wait an hour (for the tray to be transferred from the warehouse), leading you to mistakenly believe the tray was misplaced or lost. We hope that next time you arrive on time for your appointment (the correct date and time) so you won't have to wait for your tray again. At the end of the year, I decided to get clear aligner braces here because they had a great promotional price that fit my budget. The service was friendly and enthusiastic. Highly recommend!

I rate the service here 10 points. I made an appointment in advance and arrived on time to get examined and done right away without having to wait like other places.
The first feeling when wearing clear braces at Dr Wondersmile was... no feeling at all hahaha! No pain, no discomfort, and most importantly, no one noticed that I was wearing braces. Every day, my teeth looked straighter and I felt much more confident.
What I like most is that the clear aligners are easy to wear and easy to clean. Every time I prepare to eat, I just need to take the aligners out and eat as usual, without worrying about food getting stuck in the braces, and without having to struggle to clean my teeth like when I had braces. I find it convenient and aesthetically pleasing.
