Poor customer service. They make customers contact them themselves to schedule follow-up appointments for braces, and even then, after scheduling appointments, the staff forget to note them down, or don't inform the doctor. This has happened several times! Sometimes they don't even reply to messages.

Do Thanh Binh, was very nice and sweet when it was time to pay. Now she does not even respond to my messages. She is the main person running the clinic, so imagine the level of care from the rest of the staff. I have screenshots to prove all of this. I am also experiencing gum bleeding and pain, and still received no proper guidance or follow up. I paid for this treatment and got poor care and zero accountability. Also, be careful. Their Facebook reviews look fake and unreliable. Think twice before choosing this clinic.

This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. The staff were polite, helpful and easy to understand. I felt very respected.

You can consider this place if you choose to get your teeth done here because the price is okay compared to other places that offer plastic braces, but don't expect too much or you might be disappointed like me. I will come back and leave a review after the adjustments are completely finished. I hope a miracle happens so my teeth can be perfectly straight as initially promised. If that happens, I'll definitely give it 10 stars, but it seems unlikely.
