On June 20, 2007, I started having a headache on both sides above the ear. Even after a month the headache didn't stop .So I went to a neurologist.His treatment lasts for a year. Brain MRI was normal. I took pain killer tablets but the headaches didn't stop. This Dec 5 will mark one Month that has passed since my surgery. There is always much satisfaction and gratitude to be felt. My journey from Pain to relief Today 10 of November third Day After Surgery I want to pen down my feelings of recovery Since from childhood I have migraine issues, I grew up with this migraine pain After marriage slowly slowly the intensity of pain grew with me, I left my job because I can’t perform fully with this pain After first delivery diagnosed with hypothyroid and Sinus issues, now these r the days when I realized that the pain is consistent now, and I have a feeling that the pain is normal everybody have this pain I started living with this, but After second delivery a new pain is introduced in my life that’s the sharp Ear pain which was unbearable, life is hell, many time I feel like I have to do suicide , when I was 17 I always converse with my friend why people do suicide? I got the Answer why , when the feeling of a single breath of life is difficult and death becomes so easy that time I clearly understood the situation of suicide. I visited many known ENT in Mumbai and Amravati They don’t understood my pain, they always label me with the tag anxiety and oversensitive and over thinking person , with Sinus medicine they also give me anxiety medicine . luckily I am smart enough not to eat that medicine ,when a known Ent Told me that i am doing Acting,I know I am not Acting and I also knew he is known for solving sinus issues, I am really greatful to him instead of giving anxiety medicine he Told me on my face , from that time I started observing my pain and its very near to ear, started Searching on google “pain near ear” this tag give me some idea about “TMJ” Then again I visited Known Ent he told me this was TMJ Problem ”Solve this With a Dentist”, I visited a Dentist, and he solved all my dental problems and gave me Splint, but the problem was still there, then one day I cant bear the pain I started Searching on google “TMJ DOCTOR”, At this moment Allah Solve My Problem and gave me the instinct to choose “MR TOFIQ BOHRA” I visited to him he told me to do MRI, same day I had done MRI , he suggested me Arthoscopic surgery with consequences, I took two month to realise that surgery will b a safe procedure, and finally I had done surgery, After Surgery when I was shifted in my room, gain my counsious ,that sharp unbearable pain was gone , I cant explain in my word that feeling of relief,

I have been suffering from severe TMJ pain since July 2016. It completely disrupted my day-to-day life, especially during what should have been an important and peaceful phase of my life. About three months after the surgery, I developed an infection in the operated area, but it was promptly treated with antibiotics by the doctor and resolved completely. Overall, just as Dr. Bohra had explained, the pain episodes have become much less frequent and far less intense, and I am finally able to live my life without the constant burden of pain. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Tofiq Bohra for identifying the root cause of my condition and providing the right treatment. His care has brought about a meaningful and positive change in my life.

Very bad experience... I had jaw pain... because of that I was not able to chew anything... after that I consulted a very local dentist... the dentist said that I have a little problem in my TM joint... after that I searched for TM joint specialist on Google. Many names came up... but on Sunday I saw Toufiq Bohra sir talking about TMJ on YouTube and the way he said it, he is saying everything right... I watched one video after another... then I felt that meeting him will cure my TMJ pain... after that I took an appointment and went to Mumbai... after drinking there I realized that what I saw was not true... doctor consultation failed 2300..this is not easy at all..after that they let me do the surgery..when my report came everything was normal..there was just a little subluxation..he himself told me that there is not much problem with the joint..after that he said that the joint will get damaged further so get a TMJ arthroscopic done..I thought this would be a little surgery..but.....after the surgery my life will start getting worse..after that I showed my report to 6 doctors and all the doctors said that there was no cost for the surgery..they made a lot of fuss and kept it aside..very bad experience..

I underwent TMJ open joint surgery in March 2023 by Dr. Tohfiq Bohra. My case was worsened before i visited this doctor and he advised me for surgery. I was very scared but the surgery was very smooth and it helped me in improvement from 1 finger to 3 finger mouth opening. I have posted my experience long before and it was very good. It was a miracle for me After the surgery I was advised by Dr. Tohfiq Bohra to visit Dr. Saurabh Shah for the splint treatment to stabilize my joint. After 3 months of splint treatment i underwent through orthodontics procedure of getting my teeth aligned with the help of aligners. Orthodontics treatment was handled by Dr. Nityanand Shetty and he is also a very good doctor in his field. Throughout this entire procedure, Dr. Tohfiq Bohra was kept in loop and for any difficulty or issues Dr. Tohfiq Bohra personally listens on call and gives solution. I have never seen such humble doctor in my life. My orthodontics treatment went on for 2 years and now it's healed. I am very happy with the treatment and personal attention given by team of doctors to my case.
