Yesterday I went to have a tooth pulled for my 6-year-old daughter. They treated me well. I went in and asked about the price, they told me 50rs. When they assessed her, they told me 100rs just because she was a child and it was more work.

I would like to leave some feedback as a long-time client of the clinic. Something that has been bothering me for a while is the state of my patient record. I've mentioned it before, but it hasn't been updated or replaced yet. The paper record they use is old, all scribbled on, and with confusing information. Besides giving an impression of neglect, this can compromise the quality of care, as the history isn't clear. I believe the clinic has good professionals, but it's urgent to rethink this record system, both for organizational reasons and for patient care.
