Dr. Azzam AlJundi, the centre's founder and lead orthodontist, is among the most credentialed orthodontic practitioners in the UAE. His career began in 1997 when he was appointed as a clinical professor for undergraduate and postgraduate dental students in orthodontics at Western Reserve University in Cleveland, USA -- a position he held alongside his appointment as clinic director of the Orthodontic Graduate Program at Saint Louis University, Missouri, where he continued to lecture throughout his academic career. After relocating to the UAE, Dr. AlJundi served as Consultant and Head of Division of Orthodontics at Al Tawam Hospital in Al Ain before founding his own private centre in Abu Dhabi in 2005. He holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and a Master's Degree in Orthodontics from Saint Louis University, USA. His specialties include fixed and removable braces, Invisalign clear aligner therapy, retainers, dental consultations, and oral surgery consultations. Dr. Elie Khouri is a second specialist orthodontist whose career began in 2000 and who brings exceptional academic and clinical credentials to the team: an associate professor at the Department of Orthodontics at Saint Joseph University -- Faculty of Dental Medicine in Lebanon, he has published more than 30 articles in international orthodontic journals and has been a member of the American Association of Orthodontists since 2012. Dr. Skander Chelli brings 23 years of dental expertise to the team, with a specialist focus on oral surgery and implantology. Trained in part through his early professional mentorship by his late father Dr. Riadh Chelli, Dr. Skander has developed an exceptionally broad surgical repertoire -- including dental implants, complex extractions, impacted teeth management, bone grafts, gum grafts, immediate loading full-mouth implant rehabilitation, surgical exposure, apical resection, implant removal, oroantral fistula closure, cyst removal, odontoma removal, and preprosthetic and aesthetic crown lengthening.
