Absolutely amazing service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was able to fit me in at short notice, clearly explained the problem and provided a range of treatment options to suit my situation. I would highly recommend. Best dentist I have visited in a long time.

Dr Vincent Tran is an excellent dentist. He explains carefully what need to be done, provides valuable advice and especially pain free dentistry. His dental assistance is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The office looks fabulous, relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I had my tooth filling done yesterday with Dr. Yu, and the kids had their cleanings. He took his time and did it professionally & carefully, and he was very gentle with the kids as well.

Our family has been with Dr Jake Yu over the years. He actually does a very good job cleaning and filling teeth. We are pretty happy with his service. We come to see him every 6 months for dental.

Seems they do not care about their clients after they paid money for services. Requested 2 times information about last visit to find out what has been done but both times they have ignored my emails. In addition, for the money you're paying I was expecting better service as they do not let the client to spit. That thing to suck extra saliva did not work well or was not set up properly. When I brought my mother to fix the tooth there she has told she was not given a chance to spit for a long time. She then visited another dentist and said the have give her chance to spit and experience was much better than in the Downtown Dental clinic.

Please email us again to [email protected] and will send you right away. I normaly ask the patient and let the patient have a rest if he or she is having a difficulty to hold wanter in the mouth. I don't know what had happened to your mother but I am sorry about her experience though.
