DN clinic did not only save my holiday but also performed very good! Immediately after landing in Phuket, the worst tooth ache you could ever imagine started to appear - I had to contact 10000 clinics but no one was able to help until one of them finally recommended DN clinic to me, as they were the only ones with a root canal specialist. They gave me an appointment within 1 hour. Everything on the appointment day was great, everyone wass friendly and I had the feeling they really take time to help me and to not just pass me on. Today after 4 weeks I had a follow up with my local doc in Austria, and he was more than stunned about how professional and clean the root canal treatment was carried out. Even though it was on the pricier side, I still Thank you so much for helping me and the brilliant job!!

I had very uncomfortable experiences at this clinic. During a visit, I was surprised to see the receptionist spit into a rubbish bin behind the desk. I’ve never seen that in a medical setting before. The dentist seemed dismissive when I mentioned that a tooth they had worked on was painful again. They said it wasn’t their previous work and came across as though they were doing me a favor by fixing it. I was in pain, so I just went ahead with the treatment. I also noticed a stack of completed “new patient” forms left out in plain view on the side of the reception desk where people stand to check in. These included full names, ID numbers, phone numbers, addresses, and medical details. Anyone walking in the front door could easily see them. As someone who values privacy—and is currently under protective services—this really shocked and worried me. The waiting area also didn’t feel clean. The sofa bench where patients sit had visible staining and seemed heavily worn. No water or anything was offered while waiting. I also noticed that prices weren’t posted anywhere, and we were only given verbal quotes at each visit. I’m not sure if this is standard practice or simply due to how the front desk is run, but it felt unclear. The treatment ended up taking several visits for an issue I thought would be resolved in one. At the end of the second session, I was told I’d need to come back again, which surprised me. After all of that, the problem still isn’t resolved, and I’ll be going to another clinic to have the work reviewed. My partner had really encouraged me to seek treatment because I was in pain, and now we’ve spent a lot of money and time—and I’m still in pain. Due to the dismissive attitude I experienced when trying to explain concerns, and the general lack of clarity or comfort throughout the process, I don’t feel comfortable coming back.

Thank you to Dr. Thitiya and her staff! I had a complicated case, and this clinic's endodontist was recommended to me by other clinics in Phuket, and for good reason. The clinic may look a bit old, but they have everything they need and know how to use it. The doctor successfully treated the root canals and explained everything I needed to know. I'm quite picky, but I had no reason to doubt their professionalism. It's significantly cheaper here than most clinics in Phuket, and they have their own doctor, who you can always talk to; they don't bring in freelance doctors.

My dentist referred me to this clinic because I needed specific care (preparation of the base for my crown). She's a very gentle dentist who explains the different steps. I highly recommend her without hesitation because she's very professional!! I know where to go for specific care!! Top-notch cleanliness and hygiene!

All the root treatment that i did with them now all rotten

I came in with severe pain for three days. I had a root canal abscess under a crown. The pain relief was excellent, and all four canals were cleaned and treated in 50 minutes. The doctor kept me updated on the procedure and communicated with me. Thank you to the doctor, nurses, and staff.

The receptionist was very, very rude. On phone she wouldn’t have even bothered explaining or inform I don’t know if it’s just with foreigners or with everyone.

I'm giving 3 stars only for the head doctor. Because of her energy and professionalism. Otherwise, I can't recommend the clinic for several reasons: - the clinic's hygiene leaves much to be desired (it's dirty); - the staff comes and goes during procedures, doing their own thing, chatting like they're at a market. This is a clinic, not a market.
