The dentures look well-made and all the staff were good to deal with. I have a couple of fairly minor suggestions for improvement. Firstly, I was supposed to have a check-up appointment 48 hours after the extraction, but the first available appointment was 7 days after. The follow-up appointment should have been scheduled at the same time as the earlier appointments were set up. Secondly, in the initial consultation, Michael spent too much time telling me how significant the changes would be and not enough time telling me how best to manage those changes. I think the balance should have been more even.
