Excellent approach of Dr. Alexejenko in case of repeated root canal inflammation, endodontics was done quickly and professionally. I chose the Dently clinic from the internet, they say they are known for their humane approach and painless treatment... My 86-year-old mother broke a tooth and we needed advice on what to do about it. I would like to point out that my mother has had a stroke, recently had a broken arm, has undergone surgery for skin problems on her face, and in the last 3 months I have had about 40 different medical treatments with her. She walks very unsteadily and has poor hearing, so I accompany her everywhere. First we had an x-ray and then they put my mother in a chair. There was another dentist and several young nurses in the office with us. Suddenly, a short, gray-haired man in his forties ran in, shook my hand, and with a quick movement, he pushed my mother's lips away and said: "Oh, that's disgusting, humus, dirt... why don't you brush her teeth, she's like a little child...!" My mother was not deprived of her self-righteousness, she is weak, but she wants to be as independent as possible. She may not have brushed her teeth perfectly in the morning, but at her age she has almost all her teeth, so she probably took care of them... Such information can be presented in another, more intelligent way... The man humiliated her in front of several people, and for the price of 40 euros! Another 40 euros must be paid for an X-ray. When we got home, my mother burst into tears and said that she would never go there again in her life. The nanny who takes care of her all day told me that my mother cried all day and couldn't fall asleep in the afternoon. Finally, I called this godforsaken facility, they only put me through to the manager, who apologized, but the bitter taste in my mouth remained. We have never experienced such humiliation in any medical facility, which we have visited countless times in recent months. And by the way, that doctor was the owner of the clinic, Dr. Juraj Babčan. He may be an excellent specialist, I don't take that away from him, the clinic is well-equipped, it is obvious that he is doing well, but the treatment is not painless. Even today, when I think about it, my soul aches for him.

Clearly an overpriced clinic, where they deliberately break up a banal treatment into 4 visits so that you end up paying 600 euros or more. I don't doubt the expertise of the doctors, you may appreciate that during the treatment you will lie down and feel like the center of the universe, but in the end you will also pay for the huge aquarium at the reception.

My family, my friends and I are also extremely satisfied with the Dently clinic. The team of MUDr. Juraj Babčan is great, responsible, professional. When it comes to implants, surgery, aesthetics, prosthetics, etc., I only go to them, because satisfaction is guaranteed and peace with my teeth for life. MDDr. Vladka Bejdová has grown to my heart the most, she is kind, professional, simply amazing 😀 but everyone there is perfect. The receptionists are always kind, smiling, all the nurses, especially my Veronička (Pochy) are like angels, it's just a joy to come there. I recommend it 150% to anyone who cares about their teeth 😉
