Disappointing and overpriced wouldn’t recommend for tourists I came here based on their website, but the experience didn’t match the expectations. Prices were way higher than advertised, I paid 29700 Lira for one filling, one tooth extraction, teeth whitening, and an x-ray. That’s insane, and it felt like they were just charging what they could because I was a tourist. The translator Ibrahim was great really helpful and gave solid advice. But the manager was extremely pushy, constantly trying to upsell me on veneers I didn’t want, and wouldn’t take no for an answer. It felt more like a business trying to squeeze money out of tourists than a clinic that actually cares. Most of the staff didn’t speak English, so communication was tough. I felt uncomfortable and pressured the whole time, and honestly, I just agreed to the price so I could leave. The actual dental work was decent, but the experience overall? Not worth it. If you're coming to Istanbul for dental work, I’d avoid this place.

I went in January because my tooth erupted. First, the chief physician examines me, focuses on saving teeth, and that's great. They saved my tooth, which I went to expect to be extracted, and I'm continuing with a beautiful denture. Another dental hospital couldn't find a solution to my tooth, which had been causing problems for two years. Dr. İrem solved that tooth as well. A week later, I went with severe pain in another tooth, and Dr. İrem touched me again with her healing hands. We started root canal treatment for the second time, which is difficult for everyone. Hopefully, we will save this tooth as well, but if we don't, I'm sure that everything that needs to be done for this tooth is in safe hands. The doctors' perspective and experience are reassuring. For me, my absolute go-to place. I would like to thank Dr. İrem and Dr. Adnan Ege, as well as the nursing assistants there. I'm pain-free now. I'm happy🦷 I've been receiving service from this hospital for a long time. It's the only dental hospital I trust whenever I'm in trouble. I went back on April 5, 2025. This time, we couldn't save my tooth, which had split in half, but I'm relieved that I made the right decision and am in trustworthy hands. Dr. Nuriye extracted my tooth with all her efforts. She saved me from the hassle. Each and every dentist is a valuable asset. I haven't seen an institution like this in a long time that treats patients with a patient's perspective, not a commercial one. I hope I'll get the implant treatment for this tooth here, too. Trust is crucial in health. Sitting in that dental chair is very stressful, so trust is even more crucial. I believe I'm in trustworthy hands, so I feel a little more comfortable. Having a place where you can receive dental care 24/7 is truly valuable. I was surprised to read the negative comments. I'm writing this because I don't know anyone, I've been genuinely ill, I've been healed, and I believe that good work should be recognized. I'll update it as I gain more experience.

Reviews from employees They don't care about your health, their only goal is to take your money. They'll pull out your healthy tooth and do all sorts of things to replace it with a bigger and more expensive procedure. They'll take your money and leave you stranded. You'd be better off going to a small clinic in a run-down neighborhood than going here. I suggest you check the doctor's diploma. Make sure they're really a doctor. Especially check this at Dentistryanbul. If you're lucky, don't come across Murat Özel. He examines, diagnoses, and treats. You should question whether he has a dental diploma or not. There's no value on people, only your money.

I went for both an impacted wisdom tooth and a general check-up. X-rays and CT scans were taken. I had fillings and tartar removal. We decided to wait for the surgical procedure. I received detailed information throughout the process, and my questions were answered. The entire hospital team was friendly. Thank you for your care and practice.

I made an appointment directly because it was urgent. A well-equipped and older doctor does the examination, he seems trustworthy, but things change in the operation part, another young doctor comes. While I was waiting for the operation, a man came in and complained that the filling he had done 2 months ago had fallen out, when I heard that, I thought of giving up, but since I was going to have plastic surgery the next day, I wanted to take care of it and stayed. Exactly 1 month later, I went to the dentist again today and he said that a tooth that had a filling needed root canal treatment and asked if I went to a shady place for the fillings. I don't care about anyone's bread, but I'm the one who suffers the disgrace, I voiced my complaint, but I don't think they will refund the fee, I don't want them to do another free operation and waste my other teeth. In short, if you are going to have it done at a random place and you chose this place, roll the dice again and get treated somewhere else.

I had dental implants done at Dent Istanbul Beşiktaş and I am very satisfied. I was very pleased with the doctors and staff, thank you.

Service can't be this bad. I paid around 6000 euros and they couldn't do it properly. On top of that, I called several times and they just said they wouldn't get back to me and brushed it off. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. DON'T GO... DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL CLINIC. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THERE ARE LOTS OF OTHER DENTAL CLINICS.

My dental treatment finished today and I'm really very pleased. The attention, explanations, and procedure were all very professional. I felt safe and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend them and thank everyone involved. I would also like to especially thank Ms. Ezgi for her friendly demeanor and attentiveness.
