Excellent facility. Very organised. Very reasonably priced (300K for cleaning) Mrs. Dr. Huong was amazing, she has the lightest touch and I barely felt anything!
The staff is incredibly arrogant, treating you like they're doing you a favor. They immediately turned me off the idea of staying there.

I thought a lot about wanting to have a set of naturally white teeth, but I wanted to keep the old teeth without grinding them down. I went to Dentisan for an exam and cleaning. I was immediately taken care of. After the exam and cleaning, I was told that they had hardly done anything because I took care of my teeth, and they told me they weren't charging me anything. I couldn't believe it. I insisted on paying, but they wouldn't. The kindness of the staff was incredible. You can go there with your eyes closed.
Got my teeth clean and very satisfied with the service, very professional compare to my past experiences in some dental clinics here in hanoi. Plus is the very accommodating staff. Thank you!

reassure me. The consulting doctor was also very gentle, and it's the first time I've seen a doctor who doesn't complain as much as this doctor. Whatever I asked, he said it wasn't necessary. I'm still impressed by his saying, "Each person is a unique individual. Other people's standards may not be the same for me." t was my fault for not explicitly requesting a new post. Apparently, in their eyes, it was my responsibility to know a new post was needed, even though that’s standard practice when replacing a crown with a compromised post. This is not only unprofessional, but also ludicrous. I got two second professional opinions, both confirming that this issue was entirely preventable. Despite providing them with all the necessary documentation and estimates, the clinic refused to take any responsibility or help with the $3,000 cost of the implant. This has been a huge emotional and financial burden, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want competent care and professionals who take accountability for their work.
