Had an implant and crown installed by Dr. Sundar, and it was seamless from start to finish. 2 other family members have also had perfect experiences.
He really cares about his patients, and makes sure that they are comfortable and fully satisfied every step of the way.

From the moment you walk through the door, this clinic is exceptional. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous—calming, beautifully designed, and instantly puts you at ease. Every single person I encountered was incredibly gentle, kind, and welcoming, from arrival right through to leaving.
Dr Sundar is truly outstanding. His depth of knowledge and intelligence are immediately evident, yet he is also so patient, compassionate, and thoughtful in the way he explains everything. He takes the time to ensure you fully understand your options, without ever making you feel rushed or overwhelmed.
I felt genuinely cared for, listened to, and respected throughout my visit. Dental appointments can be stressful, but this was a really positive, reassuring experience. I am completely blown away by the level of care, professionalism, and humanity shown here, and I couldn’t recommend this biological dental clinic more highly.

I first came to this clinic and was blown away by how beautiful, clean, and welcoming it felt. The staff were so kind and caring, and Dr Sundar was absolutely amazing! He made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole visit and explained everything so clearly. Since then, I have become a regular customer, and it’s such a great feeling knowing our smiles (and health!) are in such good hands. :)

Can not say to much on how good these guys are. Incredible two communication, often going the extra mile to explain things to my Neurodivers daughter. We have had some very poor experiences, outcomes and workmanship from other Napier Dentist, the team from Dentiq have restored my faith in the profession. I highly recommended them for the whole family.

Amazing friendly experience every time one of the family goes there.Always explanes what going on and why things need to be done ...the team are lovely. Never nice having to go the dentist but team their make it the best anyone could hope for. Highly recommend.

Was originally a higher review but the last visits I had to wait for close to an hour. Nobody was respectful enough to inform me of this when I arrived, it was only when I asked I was told they were running late and wouldn’t be long. Everyone has commitments and it would be the decent thing to inform your patients on arrival. Disappointing but have found another dentist

Debbie orthodontist managed to rescue my teeth due to bone loss and previous substandard cleaning in dental clinic in Waikato.
In 3 visits through thoughtful 2 way communication ,encouragement,the best effective cleaning in last 40 years.

Dr Sundar was absolutely amazing. I had to have emergency care over a public holiday and even though the team was extremely busy, Dr Sundar took the time to explain all my options (including risks/benefits), with fully informed consent, and allowed time for me to make the right decision. I didn’t feel rushed & was extremely well cared for. The highest standard of care!
