The Kremlin administration is slowly gnawing away at everything good in Georgia.

They scheduled us for 2:00 PM and we tried to get in at 2:30 PM because they had a patient. They also let us back in a minute and a half to get a filling done here. And the two doctors didn't understand that?! And when we complained that the director was here, that's why they paid attention to us.

The nicest people, came for a filling to adjust and they gave the best service, doctor Lia was the kindest & so professional ! I highly recommend the dentalux dentist

Greetings everyone! There's a saying, "The bottom's been hit, and now there's a knock from below"—well, at this clinic, there's simply no bottom. When I tried to make an appointment, the administrator not only ignored my calls for several days, but also promised to call back each time and never did. And when I finally got through, they told me to call back in 10 minutes. When I asked for a call back, I was told, "But that's what you need." Overall, the service is rock bottom, and I definitely don't recommend using this clinic.

I had crowns put in by Katya (she talked her into three, although I initially wanted one), and I regretted it, saying nothing. I also had an appointment with Tekla (my child). The result: one crown fell out (a year later), and the others also need replacing because the threads keep breaking and food keeps getting stuck. I had two appointments with Tekla, which ultimately resulted in subsequent tooth extractions.

I had braces installed by Nino Kushitashvili. They were removed after a year and 8 months. The results are excellent. Thank you, Nino. I'm glad I contacted Dentalux.

I must say, I’ve never seen the doctors with the more gentle approach than here. I’m super scared of needles and all the medical procedures, but here I didn’t feel a thing. This place is incredible.

I can't say enough praise about this clinic! My niece referred me. Everything was scheduled promptly and I received a very professional consultation. Upon reviewing the 3D they took, the problem was explained to me with the treatment plan, pricing and timing. My tooth was taken care of by the skilled hands of Dr. Lia Maghlakelidze - and in all my years of dental care in the US this experience has been the utmost in every way - quick and painless (with the bare minimum of anesthesia). I was so impressed that I signed myself and my husband for cleaning, and my cleaning today was top-notch. I'm actually considering coming here every year just to get all our dental care done at this clinic! Big thanks to the clinical director Dr Gulnara Diasamidze, Dr Lia Maglakelidze and Dr Irakly Antia - and the amazing staff. Everyone was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

One of the WORST clinics in Batumi. I've had my teeth treated there three times, each time by different doctors, and then had them redone three times at other clinics! Twice for fillings (they lasted 3-4 months, then fell out or chipped), and once for a crown (which also chipped after 1.5 years!! And it was just like that, not my fault). They offer no guarantee, NOTHING. And the prices are higher than the city average. I would never recommend anyone get their teeth treated here!

I am currently undergoing braces treatment at this clinic, and I am very satisfied. The entire team is wonderful — from the reception staff who always greet me warmly and help with any questions, to the specialists who did my X-rays and treat teeth. A special thank you to my orthodontist, who is very attentive, professional, and always explains each step of the treatment clearly. I feel like I am in good hands, and with every visit I can see real progress. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, which makes each appointment a pleasant experience.
