minimal discomfort. Not forgetting his assistant who professionally knows what is to be done instantaneously and making me feel I am in good hands. Sufina and Natra at the reception completes my day by clearly explaining the breakdown of the bill and instructions of after-procedure care. 1001% recommended and there is no where else I would rather be! Wow Dr Yong is Awesome as I went to Bliss Dental @ Hougang 1 yesterday the Dental Doctor really can't make it. I was attended to by Dr Han, very fierce doctor to his assistants but very very kind to patients. He assured me many times that I should not feel the slightest pain during the wisdom tooth extraction procedure. Every time I felt pain he injected me with more anaesthetic. the kind lady asisstant was very attentive. He also forewarned when the initial injections would be painful to ensure I was prepared. Very surprisingly I felt little to no pain on the two days after the surgery. Minor discomfort. Counter staff were also kind enough to check in with me the day after. All-in I was in and out of the clinic within 40min. The procedure itself was only 30mins. Very glad I chose this clinic

Importantly, is to my best interests for my dental implants and address all my doubts. So, with the assurance and trust built. I decide to get my implants done on the same day. Dr.Han displays both professionalism and expertise in his craft. He’s caring, understanding and I feel relaxed and calm throughout the implant procedure under good hands and comforting words. One of the better dental clinics I visited. Dr James was assigned to me and I told him about my bleeding teeth and he checked them immediately through flossing to isolate the area. Best hyungnim dentist in the heartland of Ubi

I chose a second opinion on having implants through Dr James LEEM. He’s quite the legend, extremely confident of what he’s doing. I must say my first session, which involves removing a tooth (1min, but add another 3-5mins to numb pain), cleaning up the cavities and infection (10-15mins) and placing the screw (20mins), was just so efficient. First time coming here and the service associates were welcoming and nice. Place was very bright and clean with a bus stop directly infront. Dr Lee was extremely patient and easy going. Was scared for the anesthetic needle but he did not rush me and even did breathing exercises with me. His assistant also held my hand while he injected the needle into my gums. When to Alliance to have a crown done for my tooth. Was attended by Dr. Lee H L. He was friendly and gentle and explained the procedure throughly, hence putting the patient at ease. The reception staff were friendly too. Overall a good experience at the clinic. Will definitely recommend my family members to Dr. Lee HL and will go back again for future dental treatments.
