Dr. Wu Liting is an outstanding dentist! She was very gentle, attentive, and professional during my cleaning. I really appreciate that she took the time to teach me the proper way to use dental floss and shared useful tips for maintaining healthy teeth. Throughout the whole visit, I felt truly respected, cared for, and comfortable. Highly recommended!
Went to have my loose crown cum implant tightened for the 2nd time in 2 years. The first time it came loose was one month after installation and was FOC. This time, the previous dentist already left the clinic and another dentist took over the job. He said the previous dentist usually didn’t want to tighten the screw hard enough and therefore the loosening problem. He tightened it to the max and…

applied some epoxy to cover the screw. Job done less than 5mins and the bill shocked me $150+ GST. First it was a poor job not done right from the onset and they charged exorbitantly after that. Be careful of the charges, ask for a quote before letting them do the job.
I came with my wife to have a look at her infectious gum. Dr. Wu Liting made the assessment and called me in to discuss the treatment options together with my wife. She explained and did not force us to make a decision. Called to double check and triple check if it's $98 all inclusive of consultation, cleaning and etc. Grace was very patient and friendly over the phone to assure me that. t the clinic without paying because my insurance covered a cap of $120, and the receptionist assured me that I was "good to go." However, she then ran out of the clinic to stop me,so i came bck and was told i have to pay for the outstanding charges . I even came across a review with a similar complaint, which makes me wonder if this is their usual way of operating. Be warned—always confirm charges before your appointment. I felt completely deceived and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
I did scaling and polishing here together with fluoride by Dr Jessica Wong and she was one of the nicest dentists ive ever had. She gave me tips and offered me solutions with no hard selling at all and i really appreciated it. Thank you, will be back! :)

Had Dr Jessica Wong to do my scaling and polishing. She was the most gentle dentist ever. She did it gently, and made sure there was minimal pain. Great dentist. Dr Jessica Wong helped clean my teeth, and she is has a pleasant demeanor - very friendly. My scaling & polishing went smoothly. I'd recommend for those who are scared to clean their teeth.
The dentist and nurses are super pleasant. They put importance on patient's interest. The cleaning job on teeth are done thoroughly.
Clinic assistant has very bad attitude and lack of manners. Need a lot of improvement to provide a better customer service.
Dr Yong is very helpful and professional with her detailed explanation. Natra as the receptionist is kind and friendly too. Will visit the clinic in another half year time!

Dr Yong was very caring and assuring before and after my surgery. She was patient and well informed in her job. The reception stafd Natra was equally nice.

Terrible experience! NOT TRANSPARENT WITH CHARGES. The receptionist told me that night guard cost only$200 onwards and 30 mins to make. The prices she mentioned for the all the services were all inaccurate, it's like being dishonest to lure customer in then trap them since they are already there I came all the way from the west to get cheated. n option at all, the cheapest was $350 and will need a week. I did not get anything done and they charged $30 over for nothing. I wasn't event told there was consultation charges, my previous dentist don't even charge with no services done even on first visit. To make the experience worse, their assistant run out of the clinic to get me to say you have to pay like I am cheating them of their money. Be warned, do not come without checking and confirming charges. Felt totally cheated. TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC
Unprofessional is the word I used on the clinic. I called and the receptionist gave me all the charges which were so low. For awhile I thought I found and clinic that is so understanding in such times of inflation. t properly to give the right and true prices, don't attract people to come then make them pay just because they are there already. Then that is really dishonesty. Honestly if a patient did not do anything with you yet, even if its first consultation you should not charge anything. At least my current dentist don't, even when I consulted her without services on first visit. I will never come back.
