Dear Friends! I wholeheartedly recommend the dentist to everyone who likes: the receptionists, who are busy with each other, do not respond to your greeting or appearance, and then after a few minutes of waiting, do not have time to ask you if they brought pizza or just empty the trash, or if they came for a dentist and their departure is not noticed by anyone. Since the evaluation here is primarily about the activities of the doctors - based on the above, I was unable to establish contact with them, which I sincerely regret, because they are obviously excellent professionals - I would rather just wish everyone good luck and more patience.

I was honestly afraid of the oral surgery procedure, but Dr. Richárd Cseh completely reassured me. He is kind, attentive, and I felt that I was in good hands the whole time. He also asked about my condition after the treatment, which meant a lot. If someone is looking for a reliable oral surgeon in the Sopron area, he will definitely not disappoint.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Richárd Cseh. He explained the options in detail during the first consultation and patiently answered all my questions. The procedure was quick and painless, and the recovery was uneventful. It is rare to find such a precise and empathetic oral surgeon – I highly recommend him to everyone.

I had a tooth pulled in mid-December, because my dentist didn't dare to do the extraction due to an inflammation/cyst in the upper right 5th tooth, since it's close to the sinus, so he sent X-rays to the dentist here to have a starting point. I had an appointment around 12 o'clock. When I was called in, they immediately said that a panoramic X-ray was needed, I asked why, since they had already taken the pictures once, which is why I'm here now. Moreover, there wasn't enough time between the two for any changes to occur. It didn't hurt, it didn't swell, etc. They insisted, there was nothing they could do. They said they could send it to me by email and for further treatments, my dentist would see the latest status. They didn't ask for an email address, and I haven't received the picture since. When the X-ray was ready, and they didn't even know which tooth it was, I had to point to the tooth that was to be extracted in the picture, they said yes, unfortunately this will be an extraction. I indicated that I was here for the reason I signed up, and the X-ray image I sent looked the same.... They put me in the chair, the assistant was very kind and helpful, they told me what would happen when and how. In the meantime, the doctor went out, came in, and did something. The extraction took place, and I was able to spend a maximum of 10 minutes in the chair without any complications. After they pulled it out, they put some kind of medicated sponge filling in place of my tooth and told me what I couldn't do in the coming period. After the extraction, the doctor said goodbye and left me with my tooth on the tray and the assistant at the machine. I discussed the rest with him, I think he ran off to lunch or was in a hurry to distribute Christmas bonuses, it was never revealed. They escorted me to the waiting room, of course I had to pay for the "unnecessary" X-ray when I paid, and the lady at the counter asked the assistant whether it was a surgical or a simple extraction, to which the answer was: surgical. I didn't understand why, I think the tooth wasn't broken, there was no cutting, no stitching, it was a simple extraction. All in all, my extraction cost 60 thousand forints, which would have been about half of that. A week later, my tooth still hurt, I took a lot of medication, on Dec. 23rd I could only go to another dentist, he cleaned the wound and took the two pieces of sponge out of the hole and caused bleeding again to clean it. Since I could already feel the pain in my throat, he prescribed me antibiotics, in a higher dose, which fortunately made me recover quickly. And unfortunately, it turned out that I am allergic to augmentin, this was discovered 72 hours after the treatment, so on New Year's Eve I had to rush to the GP, now I have to take steroids and allergy medicine so that I don't have all kinds of bumps. Overall, the reason why this opinion was born was the oral surgeon's careless indifference to me and the fact that he was already on holiday and on Christmas holidays with one leg, I don't think he really felt like dealing with me seriously at lunchtime. I don't think the amount billed covered the reality, they never looked at the X-ray image sent by my doctor, they even denied that they had received it and I think the small sponge filling caused the inflammation, since the wound couldn't be cleaned due to the blockage. Also, I don't remember whether the cyst that sent me to the oral surgeon was cleaned, at least after the extraction and the bleeding control, we were done very quickly. My doctor would have been able to do this, in fact. I'm not saying that I don't recommend the place, because it's a typical Austrian care place, and therefore sophisticated and modern and expensive. But even though I won't drop 8-10 million forints for a prosthesis, I could still receive the same care so that there are no complications later from a simple tooth extraction. Sorry, "SURGICAL".... My entire trip abroad due to painkilling medication, my entire Christmas, and therefore my entire New Year's Eve were wasted. I wish you pleasant holidays in retrospect, I hope that Dr. Péter Novák had a good rest...!

Quality and service have a name. Dental Sopron. Very friendly and competent staff. You feel safe and in good hands. The staff speaks excellent German. I am very satisfied.

I visited the clinic to have 3 wisdom teeth removed and from the first moment they convinced me that I was in the best place! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Péter Novák to any patient who is afraid of any dental procedure! Last but not least, the assistants were also very kind and patient, so I can only recommend them!

Everyone is very nice. I went to them because my previous dentist broke my tooth, I got an appointment quickly, when the day came I was really scared of what would happen and how much it would hurt, but the doctor pulled out the broken root in a matter of seconds after the anesthesia. Thank you for the painless treatment. 🙏😊
