I wholeheartedly recommend Edyta! She is a true professional through and through. She fitted my retainers and performed my dental hygiene, and I'm incredibly impressed with her work. Edyta is incredibly kind, polite, and warm – she makes the patient feel comfortable and at ease from the very first moment. During the visit, she explains everything thoroughly, offers excellent advice, and always does it with a smile and positive energy. She is very thorough and gentle, and it's clear she puts a lot of effort and passion into her work. The entire visit took place in a very friendly and cheerful atmosphere. She is definitely someone you can fully trust. I will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone!

My experience has been overwhelmingly positive :-) I wear a retainer, which causes typical problems with everyday use. It doesn't happen often, but if I need help, I don't hesitate to contact Edyta, who always addresses my concerns with complete professionalism and a positive attitude. By far the best dental hygiene service I've regularly used in Warsaw. Edyta is very thorough, professional, and yet gentle, making the visit truly comfortable and pleasant. I recommend it. I came back from another office after treatment because I noticed a lot of discomfort with my retainers. I came for an appointment and was informed that the retainers needed to be replaced, and they did it beautifully. The cost wasn't too high, unlike other offices. They don't charge millions for the service. So far, it's great.

Unfortunately, the quality of the implant plate I installed after completing braces treatment is abysmal. A few months later, the plate broke while eating pasta. I went for an appointment to have it repaired. I asked if it could be reinforced somehow, and I reported the plate falling out. I didn't want to worry about it breaking again during daily wear. I was told they would try. Unfortunately, after receiving it, and some time later, the plate broke again. I went back to the clinic to have it fixed, as it had broken again while eating soft food. Of course, I was assured that this time it would be perfect, but it wasn't. Some time after receiving the tile, it broke again, but this time I ignored the clinic's repair because I didn't want to spend hundreds of zlotys again only to have the same problem months later. The clinic didn't even offer me a discount on the repair, visit, or repair at the clinic's expense (obviously, the tile's fragility wasn't my fault, but rather the poor workmanship). Apparently, the clinic recoups the cost of renting a space in the city center through patient fees, which is embarrassing. I won't comment on braces treatment, as the quality, treatment time, and final results after braces removal are also very unsatisfactory. I can't recommend this clinic or the doctor, and I'm sure there are plenty of clinics in Warsaw that pride themselves on quality, not on printed diplomas on the walls.

Written together Since 2020, I've had braces at this clinic. After 3 years, I woke up and realized something was wrong (my teeth were protruding like a horse's and I had terrible pain when eating even soft foods; I couldn't bite a banana). I went for consultations with two other orthodontists. Unfortunately, I have progemia and should have surgery. During the 3 years of treatment, there were no tests such as a pantograph or CT scan. My teeth were moved so that half of them were behind the arch. Due to the lack of tests, I need bone regeneration on both the upper and lower jaws. (Costs around 12,000 PLN. Corticotomy). Please think twice before getting braces there... if you care about your dental and mental health. I spent about 12,000 at this clinic, and now I'm facing double the cost. I WILL ADD PHOTOS OF PROGEMIA AND ANOTHER CLINIC'S PLAN This treatment should last about 2 years To prepare the patient... I've never been told I need surgery or that my defect is that serious...

I've been through about a year of orthodontic treatment, but thankfully not at this clinic. I changed orthodontists after six months of wearing braces under the supervision of Dr. Joanna Michalska-Tomaszewska, and my first brace became a second brace (I came in with a first brace that was going into a second brace). The doctor believed it was either tooth extraction, and at each visit, stronger wires were placed on my teeth, even though no space had been created for them, but they were trying to force them into the archwire, or surgery (by the way, she referred me for a surgical consultation with her oral surgeon friend, who doesn't accept patients under the National Health Fund, and a private visit with him costs over 500 PLN). I'm currently under the care of a different orthodontist, and I managed without teeth extraction, as they offer jaw-widening braces, or GMDs to create space for teeth, etc. But at Dental Med, they don't use such basic orthodontic tools; they just take the easy way out by extracting teeth. In my opinion, the doctor stopped updating her knowledge in this area at least a few years ago. I'm writing this as a warning not to be fooled by the relatively low prices of braces, as this can lead to problems if you have a more complex malocclusion.

I've been receiving treatment from Joanna Tomaszewska for 40 years. I'm very pleased with the service at Dental Med. They have modern equipment, excellent products, and excellent care. It's very clean and pleasant. Currently, I'm under the care of Aleksandra, a gentle, patient, young dentist. She's simply an angel. I highly recommend this place, especially since I've had problems once or twice and my complaints have been accepted. That can happen at any time. But the clinic is top-notch!

I've just completed my treatment at this clinic and I'm very satisfied! The braces were installed and removed to the highest standard, and the entire process was comfortable and professional. The results exceeded my expectations—my smile is now perfect. I'm so grateful to the specialists and highly recommend them!
