I just wanted to call out the front desk at the white house centuria makati med! You know what's off-putting is the way he answered, thinking that there was no customer besides me, asking questions properly and his answers were straightforward. 😏 My dentist just referred me here even though he's far from me, the service was good, the one who assisted me with the xray was worth it, but the attitude of the front desk made me think that I didn't just review his attitude, there are also reviews on Google 🙁

I had my wisdom teeth removed here today. We began the consultation about 1 month ago with an x-ray and a phone consultation with the surgeon which was very easy. They were then able to schedule the surgery for the date I wanted and we're very accommodating when I asked to change the day of the appointment. The surgery itself was so quick, efficient and painless that I didn't even know the tooth was out. Staff were very helpful and professional and I will hopefully be back next year to get my bottom wisdom teeth removed! Thank you Whitehouse dental!!

You should absolutely avoid this dental clinic. Most of the 5-star reviews are from staffing agencies, not real patients. This place is seriously the worst. They hire extremely low-level assistants and send them out on dispatch. I even had an assistant force a dirty-looking tool into my mouth — I ended up vomiting that night. And that happened during the treatment. On top of that, their service is not careful or considerate at all. Because different companies (dentist groups) come and go, if you plan to get something like an implant done here, you’ll find that the dentist you meet next time might be from a completely different organization — with different qualifications. The information isn’t properly shared between staff, so you might end up getting completely different procedures or being treated with a different attitude. I strongly recommend you do not go here. The fact that they use dispatched staff is a major red flag. Go to the one in BGC instead.

Our clinic does not work with staffing agencies or dispatch assistants, and we follow strict sterilization and safety protocols in line with industry standards. The claim about a dirty tool and vomiting is extremely concerning — had this truly occurred, we would have expected an immediate report so we could investigate and ensure patient safety. We’re also proud to say that our team of licensed dentists and trained staff are full-time professionals — not from third-party companies. Continuity of care is a top priority, especially for treatments like implants.
